Traffic has gotten so bad. We were meeting friends for supper in the area on Feb 17th, 2024 and we wanted to make a quick stop at Bath and Body Works. It took us 45 minutes from the entrance to Town Center down to Bath and Body works and then drove around for another 20 minutes looking for parking park. We ran out of time and it took us another 30 minutes to cross the road to the restaurant.
Town Center just cannot handle the number of people there. It's really bad. We avoid it at all cost.
There is a lot of great restaurants and shopping there.

We came to visit The Apple Store. We loved the options available to us here. We ate at True Foods. They have Valet Parking but we found parking on the Main Street. It is worth the time to use GPS and figure out the stores you want to visit.
We could also have parked in lots that appear to surround the perimeter. We went to Nordstrom, West Elm and Ballards. We allied to Starbucks for a mid-afternoon pick me up. There appears to be stores here for everyone and restaurants for many tastes. We had lunch in Bazille. It is a restaurant inside Nordstrom. It is full service restaurant and bar. Highly recommend the outdoor shopping center as a destination itself.

The town center was Meh. It is very modern. Not sure i like the concept. It was a pain to try and find a parking. You had to dodge walkers coming from everywhere. It had a bunch of stores. Due to covid you can be waiting for awhile to enter a store.

Immaculate facility made us feel safe. Staff was very attentive and polite. Included breakfast was hot and served to us. What an improvement over the usual 'grabfest' which can't happen now because of social distancing. Can't wait to revisit!

I'm a recovering shopaholic and this place makes me fall off the wagon every time. It's my dream come true. When my parents first moved to Jacksonville there was no St. Johns Town Center just empty land. So to return and see my retail dream has been a very pleasant experience for me! All my favorite stores in one place 1. Nordstroms and Nordstroms Rack, etc. A Ross that opens till 12pm midnight! Love Bahama Breeze, Texas D Brazille , Fogo De Chow, Cheesecake Factory, Ida Claires, Cheddars, Sugar Factory and Seasons 52 restaurants. I just wish West Elm and Z Gallery furniture stores would please return to St. Johns Town Center.

This is a great shopping area that has become a tourist destination. Loads of excellent restaurants and shops that you don't find elsewhere in town or in NE Florida. Only problem is that it is so popular that parking can be a problem. I see the need for a parking garage in the future

The Town Center has stores for every part of the spectrum from Ross and other discount stores to Coach and trendy stores like AE. The parking is a bit confusing, and getting around isn't easy outside of the "center" of the shopping (the strip mall like stores). But, it's worth a trip and worth trying to make your way through!

Visited the Jacksonville area over Valentine's and drove up here from St. Augustine Beach. I made it a duty to revisit as I had been here a few years before. This shopping and dining area has virtually every high street department store you would find in the typical high end mall, except it's all open air and has the feel of a small town in of itself. You will also find regular stores such as Target etc. There are several top class restaurants, such a Maggiano;s Little Italy and Montana Grill (highly recommended), not to mention PF Chang's and California Pizza (highly recommended). Stay at the Homewood Suites in St. John's Town Center if you want to be right on the doorstep of the wonderful town center. Can be very busy due to its popularity, especially on weekends, so be patient finding parking.

The mall has a very nice modern and open concept. I loved the design and the mix of stores, since you find the best brands including J. Crew, Dillards, Banana Republic, Swarovski, Pandora, Hollister, Lucky Brand, among many more. You will find parking spaces in front of the shops and a parking lot in the back.

Is the Louis Vuitton better than the Orlando one? Looking for best overall experience. I like that this one is outside entry.

How far are you from Hampton Inn Jacksonville Beach on Beach Blvd?
Written January 15, 2016
I don't live in the area but I would say no matter how far your hotel is from the St. John's Town Center I would make the drive. It's well worth it! One could spend a couple of days there. It's massive!
