Catty Shack Ranch Wildlife Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our mission is to provide a safe, loving, forever home for endangered big cats, and to educate the public about their plight in the wild and captivity. We do not breed, sell, or trade any of our animals. Our current residents include tigers, lions, cougars, leopards, bobcats, foxes, and coatimundis (the last two are "honorary cats"). We are only open on select days, and last admittance is 45 minutes before closing, so please check our website for the most up-to-date information.

Very cool

The staff is very knowledgeable and has cool facts for each animal. I was very pleased with the amount of animals that were present. I will be back!

I am just a bit flustered. The reviews on here are amazing and I don't get it. All I can come up with is that maybe going to a night feeding is what everyone loves? We visited on Monday for a daytime tour and I didn't realize that these large cats are nocturnal - so a lot of them were... More

We went to a night feeding on a weekend trip to Jacksonville and it was amazing! Such a cool experience. We even bought shirts on our way out to support such a great cause.

Not your ordinary attraction! Educational. Guides were knowledgable and cared about the animals. Noble cause. Labor of love. Make sure you catch the evening feeding.

My family visited the Catty Shack Ranch and were thrilled with the experience. The company really loves the big cats and the cats are amazingly huge! Very heart warming to know the cats have somewhere to go when they get older. They had cats from Wild Adventures in Georgia. That was very cool because I had probably seen that cat... More

This place is awesome. The volunteers here care so much for these animals that may have been in bad shape or neglected before they arrived. The tour guides are knowledgable and the feedings are very entertaining. I highly recommend this for people of all ages!

Afternoon tour started promptly with preliminary greeting from one volunteer while tour guide/caretaker volunteer got ready for us. Little waiting involved. Questions answered thoroughly, even questions from young children. Slow progression from animal to animal so everyone got to see & take photos...no rush involved.

These beautiful creatures are trapped in fenced chambers with little room for exercise. The only reason they are visible is because it's feeding time. They would be better off in a zoo where at least spaced is provided for exercise. This is just a tourist trap ... Don't get scammed like we did!

Thank you for coming out to visit the animals. Catty Shack is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and 100% of the entrance fees, donations, adoptions etc go towards the care of our animals. AZA accredited zoos will not/do not accept animals that were privately owned/part of a show/ from other sanctuaries etc. It is legal in most states to own these... More

It's all true, it's a neat place with nice people. I was on a business trip when our flight was delayed. We ended up taking the Night Tour to kill some time and had some fun. Random fact, we were talking about the tour on our way too the Catty Shack, and our Uber driver (a life long resident of... More

Great place to see these animals up close. They are so well cared for and lucky to have ended up there despite some bad beginnings. Volunteers were super friendly and very knowledgeable of each animal. Great that they get to expand soon. Will definitely go back.
