We took the Top to Bottom walking tour with Pam, and thoroughly enjoyed it! She was very knowledgeable about the history of downtown Jacksonville. We explored architectures of the buildings as well as artwork inside some of them. The highlights were visiting the secret underground...More

We greatly appreciate the Review. Pam does a great job covering everything Downtown. The old bank vault is one of our best kept secrets. Have a great weekend.

Today we were shown Jacksonville by none other than Andrew Jackson himself. Gary (as Mr. Jackson) has such wide knowledge of the city’s history and landmarks that he can take the planned program to a new direction based on questions from the participants. For this...More

We greatly appreciate the Review. It is fun to show people parts of the city, like the secret tunnels, that can only be accessed with the tour. Have an awesome day.

My husband and I took the walking tour a while ago. We’re both jacksonville natives and the tour pointed out interesting facts and local stories neither one of us knew!

Thank you for the Review. There is so much we could cover in the 2 hours, however we do our best to give both visitors and locals the history and culture of Downtown.

This tour has been on my summer to-do list for several years, and we finally did it. Although we were hesitant because of the heat in July, we lucked out with cloud coverage and below 90 temperatures. Pam, our tour guide, enthusiastically educates you along...More

Thank you so much for the Review with a detailed description. Even in the Summer we are able to tour since we go from building to building. We do our best to stay cool. Pam is amazing, she is such a great ambassador for Jacksonville.

Gary has a great wealth of knowledge about Jacksonville. He is a great storyteller and made the tour extremely interesting for me and my three young kids (5, 9, and 11). We thought Gary's costume made the tour more fun and authentic. We learned a...More

Fun trip. Very polite and engaging guide. I'm a native and I learned so much on this trip. Fun for all ages but is a good deal of walking. Best in the fall, winter and spring due to the temperatures. Really fun going through the...More

We greatly appreciate the Review. Yes, in the Summer it is more challenging to stay cool, so going inside of all the buildings makes it more comfortable. The different buildings are like meeting characters along the way.

Loved this tour! Pam was an excellent tour guide! It was obvious she loves what she does and loves Jacksonville. My husband and I were celebrating our 39th wedding anniversary and were the only people to show for the tour. So we got a private...More

Only on Tues & Thur mornings. Most stops are inside businesses that are not open on weekend. Fast pace & distance traveled might be too much for some.
