This was an excellent tour that gave an overview of all of Jacksonville. We went to most of the neighborhoods, saw great architecture, sampled chocolate coated popcorn, saw the roots of the Allman Brothers and Lynyrd Skynyrd, home of the Jax Jaguars, and the Episcopal Cathedral! Gary is extremely knowledgeable about the city and has many tours to fit different interests. Highly recommended.

Gary was truly remarkable! I have attended the Top to Bottom walking tour with out of town visitors a couple times before. Always enjoyed it. I reached out to Gary to organize a kids tour. He truly captivated the kids… they were engaged and were asking questions. He even had them marching and singing Jacksonville history walking down the street. Looking at pictures, the bank vault may appear to be the “star” of the tour, in reality, it was Gary! He is the perfect combination of information and entertainment to make for an awesome tour! And not only did the kids learn something, I did too!

This walking tour had all the history gems and came in a package with funny jokes and food weather. All of a sudden, Jax emerged as the first Hollywood and a city of secret tunnels. Molly is super knowledgeable and tactful. All in all, highly recommended.

I went on the Top to Bottom tour on a Tuesday (historical) with a group of women from my neighborhood. We live in St. Augustine and visit Jax often but we our somewhat new to the area or Florida, so we wanted to learn more about Jacksonville. We all really enjoyed the tour and learned a lot about Jacksonville and it's history. Our tour guide Laura did a fabulous job to tell us some interesting facts and history as well as answer questions we had along the way. She did a fabulous job and highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting as well as those that live in the area that would like to learn more about the history of Jax. We especially liked going up 42 stories high in the Bank of America and going underground to see the old hidden vault the banks used. It was also nice to see the Theater, learn more about some of the historical buildings in downtown Jax and learn things about Jacksonville's past.

We greatly appreciate the Review. More than half of the people attend are locals so it has made for a fun morning outing coupled with lunch in Downtown. Given the local support, we are considering new tours in the future. Thank you for attending.

Dee our tour guide was awesome! I recommend this top to bottom tour with adlib tour company to everyone! My husband worked in downtown for 5years and I had a temp assignment there as well, even then I found out so much new history about Jax! Thank you Dee! We didn’t get the full tour because of school time limit; hope to do it again soon.

We greatly appreciate the Review. Our guides enjoy showcasing the best of Downtown Jax. Dea was a school teacher in the past so her passion for the city and educating students really shows.

I can't say enough amazing things about this tour and Gary Sass. I heard about the tour from a woman in a local bar who was raving about it. It honestly exceeded my expectations. You learn so much about the city and Gary is able to answer pretty much any question you throw at him. My husband and I went for a date and we had the best time! I will definitely be taking the tour again.

After meeting at The Landing at 10:00, our very knowledgeable guide took us to old tunnels, bank vaults, top floors, the Florida Theater and a lot in between until about 11:30-12:00. He was a fount of information, telling many details of Jax's history. I'd highly recommend the this tour.

I went on the Top to Bottom tour with a friend who has lived in Jax for many years. I am a tourist in the town. Both of us found the tour fascinating, with my friend learning as much as I did about Jacksonville today and in the past.
And it really was top to bottom - from the panoramic views from the top of the tallest building in the City ( 42 floors up with a cafe open to the public - who knew? ?) - to the tunnels under the City, which the banks used to move money around securely early in the 20 th Century.
Our guide, Iocal artist Pam Zambetti, was a fund of information, and was patient with our questions.
Terrific value for $15 dollars, and has given us a list of places we want to visit and activities in this vibrant City that we want to take part in.
Thanks Adlib Tours and Pam! We will be attending the night tour, Jacksonville Haunts, on Friday night.

"Jacksonville - Top to Bottom" takes you to the top (42nd) floor of the city's tallest building, where you have ample time to take in the spectacular views. The tour also explores the underground vault of one of the city's oldest downtown bank buildings. At each of the several stopping points, the lively, thoughtful guide discusses interesting places and events. Long-time residents of Jacksonville will gain new awareness and understanding of their city. For a visitor, a terrific way to see and learn about a beautiful, cool, exciting place! Highly recommend!

This tour is Amazing. Gary and his family are the tour guides and from your reservation call to your tour you experience a wealth of information with friendly people. We had a group of 7 - 4 adults and 3 children ages 9-15. They really enjoyed seeing the city from the Bank of America building and going underground to the original vaults of the American Bank building. Gary and his family are very entertaining and help you get lost in the history of the city. We HIGHLY recommend going on this tour!!!
