Most places were closed. Appears to be under a rehab project or should be. Many restaurants were closed. We were disappointed and hope it sees some revitalization soon! Looks like a great place for night life and dining when it does.

This is closing and very little is still open, just a few restaurants. Don't bother, unless you are right here.

Jacksonville is dead. Absolutely no culture to find. Chain restaurants and very few quality restaurants to find. So much potential downtown but the mentality of the city government holds it back. Total waste of time place to visit. Why no parks like other big cities?

Dear City of Jacksonville Please start over. The Landings is the best place in the city to launch a makeover. However, right now it is a deserted eyesore standing broken and empty like the homeless denizens that wander its edges begging for someone to help....More

The location of the Jacksonville Landing is excellent for a shopping center; with lots of varied stores, food and snack shops, along with a beautiful exterior space looking at the bodies of water joined by the bridges and an overall centric and convenient location. However,...More

This is a structure that has so much more potential than it is currently living up to. It is a nice place for a quick lunch during the week, as the views of the river and outdoor seating at some restaurants is a plus, but...More

Honestly this isn't a place to go anymore. City of Jacksonville and the Landing are looking to tear down and rebuild. Proposal is to put in an aquarium. Mass shooting at a gaming event. I no longer go; haven't been I several years now.

Don’t go. Waste of time and not safe, especially at night. The river is beautiful, but other places then here to see it.

This area in Downtown Jacksonville is beautiful the scenary, however it needs to be taken care of. Looks like a while ago it was a happening place, it has a lot of potential. Will definitely return, however hope they put money into the area!

It's not that big of a place that you need a map. The Landing consists of less than a dozen (not particularly great) restaurants and a few stores. None of which are very impressive. The only thing that makes this place... More

The Jacksonville Landing loves dogs! In addition to the events, all of our restaurant patios are also dog-friendly. Additionally, we host a monthly Yappy Hour for dogs and their parents. You can take a look at our full list... More

It's best to park at a parking meter and walk to the landing. If it's after 7pm or on the weekend, no fees will be due.
