Located by the Museum of Science and History (MOSH) the fountain is an iconic symbol of Jacksonville. It's beautiful and peaceful to walk around. Then walk the river walk for a bit

I thought it was worth the visit. I wouldn't travel far for it, but while I was in Jacksonville I checked it out and thought it was worth finding! Between the fountain itself and the views along the river, it is beautiful.

This is a great place to come and visit. The area is nice and well taken care of. The city has recently renovated the park. Check out one of the night shows. They draw performers.

This is a great place for a nice walk on the river, or for photography, or for just relaxing looking of downtown Jacksonville. I lived in Jacksonville area for 18 years and this was one of my favorite places to relax.

I enjoyed the fountain and the nice walk along the river. The fountain is beautiful and a great backdrop for photos. Picnic table allowed us to enjoy a snack under the trees.

The Friendship Fountain was an interesting historical and beautiful side trip while visiting MOSH. The panoramic view of Jacksonville is amazing. Grandkids enjoyed putting pennies in the fountain and making wishes.

Daytime visit was just OK. There is nothing really special about this fountain during the day. It is a little better at night when the lights are working and the city is all lit up. It does offer a nice view of the city and...More

Well gave 3 stars only for the view of the bridge and city at nighttime. Most of the lights on fountain were broken so was really nothing to see at night except view of city. Fountain is huge though so that's pretty cool. I heard...More

When we visited it wasn't working. I'd call jacksonville city parks and rec and find out if it's operational and reserve the time then. Keep in mind, it may be hard to hear the ceremony over the noise of the fountain if it... More
