I thought it was worth the visit. I wouldn't travel far for it, but while I was in Jacksonville I checked it out and thought it was worth finding! Between the fountain itself and the views along the river, it is beautiful.
This is a great place for a nice walk on the river, or for photography, or for just relaxing looking of downtown Jacksonville. I lived in Jacksonville area for 18 years and this was one of my favorite places to relax.

The Friendship Fountain was an interesting historical and beautiful side trip while visiting MOSH. The panoramic view of Jacksonville is amazing. Grandkids enjoyed putting pennies in the fountain and making wishes.

Well gave 3 stars only for the view of the bridge and city at nighttime.
Most of the lights on fountain were broken so was really nothing to see at night except view of city.
Fountain is huge though so that's pretty cool.
