It is interesting from a history perspective. There are old artifacts and pictures in this turn-of-the-century house give a view of the conditions and journeys endured by Mormon settlers. An elderly gentleman accompanied us through the house, offering a few tidbits, but it felt as though he thought we would steal something!

I was sightseeing around Grants NM and El Morro. Stopped at museum, which was closed, to have a picnic lunch. Anyway the guy living nearby spotted me and offered to open-up. The museum is modest however work does go into maintaining it and I heard fascinating stories about the region. It was a lovely visit and free of charge. Suspect... More
