This was a hospital during the battle of Gettysburg. The museum was informative and well laid out. We went to the top in the cupola which we felt was overpriced. The view is incredible though.

We wanted to do this on day one but couldn't fit it into our schedule. Ended up doing it last and it was prefect. Take the cupola tour - the view is amazing. It gives a 360 degree view.

My parents and I have been to Gettysburg many times but we have not been to this museum. It is in a beautiful building on Seminary Ridge. The museum is very interesting, has great videos and artifacts and lays out the part of the battle and aftermath that happened in that building. The cost is reasonable at $12. I was interested in the cupola tour but thought $32 was a bit pricy. It was another piece of the story of what happened at Gettysburg. I would definite recommend this museum.

Our family visited the museum today and it was the perfect way to kick off our 3-day tour of Gettysburg. The four-story museum is full of rare and interesting relics, all organized in a well-planned layout that really brings the story of the first day of battle to life. The cupola tours are limited to three guests at a time due to covid, something we were very happy about. We appreciate the steps the museum has made to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit. Thank you for everything you all do, keep up the good work!

Sadly visiting beginning of March many of the museum / attractions were closed . A tourist suggested this museum to us and we were pleasantly surprised how much we enjoyed it . It showed many real life pictures and it showed different perspectives from the African Americans , surgeons , and had many interactive displays that kept out interest . Would definitely recommend adding this museum to your visit
