We took the East Cemetary Hill tour with our two young children. We obviously knew that there was a chance the kiddos wouldn't cooperate and we may have to scram to not ruin everyone else's time, but the guide (Jenny, I believe) was very nice and even incorporated my toddler's brief cries into "THIS guy know what I'm talking about!"... The other ghost tours in town talked mostly about the historical aspect of Gettysburg with just a very brief, nondescript mention of something paranormal. This tour could not be further from that! Our tour guide Mike went into terrifying detail about all the different spirits who frequent the Farnsworth House and experiences he, his friends, or past tour goers have... More

I have been to Gettysburg hundreds of times and have been on many different ghost tours. The Cemetery Hill tour was by far one of the best tours I have been on! Our tour guide was very engaging and gave plenty of history and explained how to use the bag of equipment very well. I wish the tour was a... More

Allie was a fantastic tour guide!! You could tell this was not just a job for her, she enjoys her job. Civil war hospital tour was very nice. Not really super scary but more informative. She really knew her info and presented it well. Price was great at 9$ a person. Was supposed to be 90 minutes but lasted longer.... More

Our tour guide Megan was an excellent guide and storyteller. She had a great enthusiasm for the history of Gettysburg. We did the Confederate Hospital Walk which started around 9pm and took a little over 90 minutes. Who knew that most of the buildings in Gettysburg had to be used as field hospitals because of the number of injured. I... More

Went on vacation to Gettysburg and thought if we really wanted to do it right we had to go on a ghost tour. The Farnsworth House tours have good ratings so we chose one of theirs, the Cemetery Hill walk. It started out in the garret (attic) of the house where we got some ghost stories and a also a... After having dinner at the Farnsworth house, my daughter and I took the ghost tour. Our tour guide had interesting ghost stories, but she also told us interesting stories about the people at Gettysburg. We had some young children in our group and she kept them involved during the tour. You will do some walking to see some sites and... More

There is such an abundance of ghost tours in Gettysburg that it's hard to pick the right one - and we certainly failed. The guide seemed disinterested and uninformed, which was a bad combination. We kind of walked around and she wanted to discuss local restaurants, where we were from, etc. rather than guiding. Some of the others on our... More

Little to no historical information. "Cemetery Hill" Walk didn't involve a cemetery. Ghost stories were lame and didn't seem even possibly real accounts.

We took the self guided ghost tour and were given a bag that contained various equipment such as digital recorders, night vision goggles, emf detectors etc. and then let loose in "The Grove." We received EVPs, direct and intelligent responses to my questions and lots of temperature drops in sync with our emf detectors. The location wasn't real creepy but... More
