Segway tours of the Gettysburg battlefield. Experience the history and enjoy the ride! The Segway Personal Transporter(tm) is environmentally-friendly, self-balancing, extremely easy to operate, and lots of fun! You'll be an expert after 10 minutes of free training. We don't just visit the battlefield sites. All tours are directed by a Licensed Battlefield Guide (recorded or in person) who will dramatically recount the events of the battle, the military blunders, and the heroic defenses that characterize this pivotal battle. If you aren't interested in the history, we also offer escorted Segway rides. Or try our indoor Segway obstacle course!

Let me tell you, getting on a Segway for the first time was intimidating, but it's very easy once you get use to it. Our guide, Aaron was great. He knows the park well and was able to direct us in the direct that the audio guide was speaking to. The 2.5 hours went by really quick. Felt like we... More

I toured on Tuesday, September 20th. I called on a monday afternoon to inquire about tour for tuesday morning. The owner called back and was helpful and accommodating. It was already after 7 pm and she offered to mobilize her staff for a 9:30 am tour. As it was only us, the deposit would be non-refundable (completely understandable). My husband... More

My husband and I are in our 50's. This was the first Segway Tour we have taken and it was a good one to start with. The staff spends intensive time until everyone feels comfortable on their Segway. There is always a staff member with your group. We did the audio tour because there was not a personal guide available... More

Dave and Nancy Baughman had a really great and awesome experience with SegTours of Gettysburg on 9-23-2016. Everyone was exceptionally nice and gave us great instructions on how to ride the segway. We had such great training that it made the experience really enjoyable. We had wonderful tour guides Jill and Jessie who went with us and did such a... More

We had a blast here. Pay extra for the guide to get the actual history. My dad has a real bad back and was able to do this. We did the shorter eastern tour of 2 hours, the breaking point of the war.

We have been to Gettysburg before and have even hired a battlefield guide to show us around, but doing the tour on a Segway was icing on the cake. We love to ride Segways, and they will set you up with an official battlefield guide to take you around, so why not take advantage of that setup and get some... More

Took a morning tour with a group of 8 friends, all of us in our 60's. After a casual, fun training session, we hit the road with Gary. Segways are the way to go. Quiet, smooth, fun! We each wore an earpiece for the audio part of the tour. Gary chimed in and out and controlled the recorded tour audio... More

This tour is the ONLY way to see the battlefield! It's like being on a motorcycle without the noise and intrusion into this beautiful memorial park. A wonderful outdoor experience. Our tour was extensive, informative and extremely interesting. The pre-tour Segway training was excellent, and relieved my wife's concern over her ability to ride a Segway vehicle. Bob, our tour... As an Australian I had very little knowledge of the Civil War and the Gettysburg battle. Touring on the Segways with Rich as our guide put us right into the battlefield, and really brought the whole experience to life. The Segways were fun, and after the initial training on the machines, easy to use. I would highly recommend this as... More

My first time (along with my wife) visiting this historic town. So much to do, so little time (we were only staying for 3 days). We considered all of the battlefield tour ideas but my wife and I thought the Segway idea was interesting and decided to give it a shot. Very easy to work with this group of processionals... More
