I've been here for a short time to attend a conference, and had a horrible pain in my upper back because of long hours of flying and then sitting down at the conference, went in for an 1 hr massage, and it was amazing, she really knew how to hit the right spots and relieve the pain knots, and even discover ones I didn't know I had. At the end of the therapy appointment I felt refreshed and had wished I stuck around longer to book an appointment with a chiropractor in their facility. I definitely recommend you give them a try.

I spent a lot of time finding a good chiropractor in Philly. Most places didn't give me a warm welcome whether the receptionist didn't care or didn't meet my needs. I thought I was going to deal with my neck pain for 3 weeks long...during my vacation! Then, I called Balanced Well Center. The first thing I asked was if a chiropractor can see me within 20 mins. She said kindly "you can just drop by anytime"--music to my ears. I swiftly drove my way to here. I forgot how bad parking was in the city so I was a bit rusty on finding an available one. When I finally got here: I completed the initial forms and saw the chiropractor. He reviewed my issues and made sure we both understand what types of issues I have and what he can do to help. He was able to realigned me on the same day--sweet! I had such a great time and booked a deep tissue massage for the same day! The massage was perfect after realignment and took care most of my lactic acid from the brutal workouts. Today was my last day here for chiropractic care. Doc and I were content with my improvement. He didn't have to do as much as last time. I got my spine realigned and against booked a deep tissue massage for the next day!

Had a Groupon gift certificate for either a 50 minute massage or a coconut facial. I chose the massage. The spa is inside the Franklin hotel and it had such a relaxing atmosphere. I was greeted the moment I walked in and the receptionist had such a friendly tone. My massage therapist was Christy and the massage was great especially since giving birth. She hit all the right spots and her pressure was consistent throughout! The best part of the spa, before or after your massage you have access to all the other amenities including the pool, sauna, gym, etc. I would definitely go back!

The staff was very friendly; however the quality of the services I received (pedicure and massage) was just average. While the pool area was nice, the service rooms were sparse and not very inviting.

Visited spa with friend on a dreary end of winter day. Received very good services from capable providers. Had a classic European facial from Olga, and a very relaxing massage from Jenny. Both women skilled and professional, friendly but not too chatty, which is a plus!! Women's locker area is adequate, but got a little crowded when there were 5 of us in there at same time. Robes and plastic slippers standard, as were amenities in locker area. "Quiet" room is next to pool area and gym/fitness center, but still peaceful. Fruit, water, hot water for tea available. Spa and fitness center is in basement area of hotel, fitness area and pool area used by hotel guests, but when we were there in middle of day, very quiet. Spa area could do with an update/remodel, and a little more lighting, because was a little too dark in some areas. We used a coupon, so great value, a great treat for us. Will return!
