    Great customer assistance
The staff, specifically MaryAnn on the gate 224 and guest relations were amazing. I was meant to sit high up front row but my fear of height hit me. I asked to move and they addressed my concerns so well and sat me lower down Thank you

Nice stadium with views of city skyline - but food and drinks are very expensive
While visiting Philadelphia, decided to attend the Chelsea vs Brighton Premier Summer series match after noticing all the Chelsea blue kits people were wearing in downtown. It was easy to get to the stadium from hotel in downtown via the subway. The stadium is similar to other football stadiums built in that time period. Entry into the stadium can get bottleneck with security lines, you cannot walk around the stadium at mid-level as the suites block access, so you have to go down to main level to walk to the other side of stadium. My seat was in the NE Terrace level which was surprising good seats. The stadium provides nice views of city skyline especially at sunset. With all stadiums, food and beer prices are way to high.

    Amazing experience
First NFL game in the US as a Brit. The stadium was really easy to get to via the subway. The atmosphere was brilliant. Fans and staff were very welcoming. The game didn't disappoint and was a bucket list moment I'll never forget.

    Lack of Parking Accessibility
Went to see the soccer game of Mexico vs Germany, missed half of the game trying to find parking. There was parking available in the field but staff members wouldn't let people park , didn't have any signs to inform that that area was close or couldn't park. Many people missed the game , trying to find parking. The field is beautiful, not enough staff available for this kind of event. Would love to see a better job with the parking next time especially went there are many others activities going on in the area like this date October 17, 2023.

Beyonce was a 5, the logistics were terrible
Going to a concert at the Linc is way different than an Eagles game. The city wanted to capitalize on all the business, but still has a public transportation system built for the dark ages. It was 2 hours getting home after we arranged for pick up, but it would have been 3am otherwise. Food is better at this venue than most. So is the security coming in, but they definitely need a better plan for big concerts like this.

    Hospitality is lacking!
The funny part is that Philly bills itself as, "The City of Brotherly Love". That is certainly lacking from the ushers at this place. Their attitudes were extremely ugly. Having hosted, attended, and observed at other venues, I've always known of the usher's #1 job to be, "Provide a welcoming atmosphere for the attendees." Here, we heard from not just one or two or a few, but nearly all, "We have to clear the stands...we all have to go home." and, "Leave people - we don't want to be here all night." and, "You folks need to clear out. You can celebrate somewhere else. This is clearly a lack of planning and a lack of leadership/teaching. I don't see myself ever wanting to go back, with that kind of attitude. To the little old black lady who didn't care to participate with the rest of the garbage, THANK YOU for being you!

I enjoyed my trip to Lincoln Financial Field it was back in September 2019 for the eagles vs lions, being a lions fan i was a little bit concerned regarding safety of away fans so i decided against wearing colours, however i did also have a flight straight back home after the game so wanted to lower the odds of a black eye.
I had an amazing seat the right on the 50 and completely surrounded by eagles fans so i wasn’t sure how to react when the lions scored and it was tested with a run back straight away on the 1st drive so it was hard not to celebrate, but i didn’t go over the top to enrage anyone.
The Eagles fans are certainly passionate but easily turn on their team if things are not going well, it was one of those games that they should have won however catches just didn't happen thankfully.
Really cool stadium i should have walked up to the upper tier and taken photo's of the city in the back ground but if i ever go back (which i would) i will do it then.
You do need to understand that this is a very passionate fan base and they don't really like away fans so exercise caution on that, the kiosks etc were good i got a taxi from the city there was easy enough on the way out it was harder on the way home and i was lucky to get a taxi but if i had done my homework a train would have been fine.
Good city great stadium, fanbase to be careful around but amazing if you get The W

You are not allowed to bring your own water bottle. And the price of a water bottle is 6.50 plus tax seating accommodations are tight .
Either Aramark or the venue administration itself are abusing the costumers with their ridiculous pricing for a mediocre to bad overpriced refreshments , food and parking .@FIFA take not for the upcoming World Cup !
They are abussive !

We arrived early and was able to watch the early game on the very large video board located outside the stadium in the plaza.
We enjoyed some very tasty BBQ sandwiches while watching the early game on the video board.
The upper levels were very easy to access via escalator or elevator.
All locations were well marked, with a variety of different food choices available.
The men's rooms were adequate for the amount of people in the sold out venue.
I highly recommend this stadium for Football games.

We attended the 2019 Army-Navy game (bucket list item) so it was our first (and likely only) trip to LFF. The stadium was clean, it was easy to get to from downtown using the subway system and our seats (section 224) were just fine for a birds eye view of the field and stadium. Wish we had found the escalator the first time we went up, however. Food was overpriced (as expected at almost any pro sports venue). The game itself was really enjoyable, seeing the "march-on" of cadets three hours prior and all the pageantry that surrounds it each year.

We went to the Saints Eagles game and had a great time.
It was my buddy’s bday and we traveled to Philly to watch the Saints whoop some Eagles butt. As it turned out the Saints lost big time.
After spending 4 hours in the stadium I almost felt disappointed because everyone was so nice to us. We were dressed head to toe in black and gold and were treated great by everybody! Wow a big Who Dat thank you!!

Facility is great. Ample bathrooms and food locations. Sight lines are great. Only downgrade = traffic afterwards is a nightmare. I mean, most stadiums have this problem, but this park is up near the top for me.
