The School is one of the top wine education sites in the country. They offer individual wine tastings which are open to the public. Reservations via their website is mandatory, as many of their classes sell out several weeks prior.

Their wine tasting classes are extraordinary and unique. The wines are not just good, but better than you will have anywhere, anytime. Who doesn't want to try extraordinary cellar-aged wines selected by a master winemaker or sommelier?

The classes are a good fit for smart folks. The two main instructors are an author-winemaker and a sommelier-lawyer. Both are dynamic and charismatic, and the classes are inclusive and very down to earth.

Great for the wine classes and especially with a group of friends. Check out their listing for upcoming options. We went for the Spanish wines with good breadth of wines accompanied by a well informed teacher. Make sure you drink water to pace yourself and cleanse your palate. Note that there is no food or bread accompaniment.

I would highly recommend this to anyone even remotely interested in learning about beer and wines. The format was well conceived and we tasted a wide variety of belgian styles. Fun AND educational while tasting some awesome beers!

I have taken 4 classes here at the Wine school...2 wine classes and 2 beer classes. The recent Italian Beer Class was just wonderful. The instructor, Zach, is knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. His varied background includes study of anthropology, linguistics and chemistry. He was a wealth of information. He was also, very welcoming and made sure to let... More

I purchased tickets for a wine class (Corked and Forked) for my fiancés birthday. It was the perfect gift! We had a great time and learned a lot about wine. There were 20 people in the class and we sat with a friendly couple. Zach was our instructor. He was informative, honest, entertaining, and attentive. We sampled five wines and... More

We went to an extreme beer class. Class was incredible. Very informative and instructor was willing to stay after to answer questions. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Left having learned a good deal and having tried some great beers!

We took the wine class. It was very informative and fun class. The instructor, was terrific. Her family owns a vineyard, so she was very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed her discussing the history and wine culture. She clearly had a passion for wine. The wines we tasted were all good.

Very informative and relaxed except be prepared that if you disagree with the elder Sr. instructor that you will be ignored and he will 'call on' his previous guests that know how to answer with his expectations. I appreciate learning but would have enjoyed audience participation was wasn't dismissed but rather embraced. The previous night at Friday night wine flight,... More

Had a great time here at the Wine School. A very unique experience for my wife and I alike. She is more of a wine expert, and I am new to the game. We both learned a great deal and had a ton of fun. We too a class with Keith and he was quite a card. Can't enough about... More

Took a 101 class at the Wine School in July. The class was actually better than I expected (it was a gift from my wife). Really fun and laid back, which I was not expecting. The only downside was that a bunch of kids were outside yelling. There is a ice cream store next door (AWFUL, FYI) and these kids... More
