We bought the Bib Bus Hop on Hop off as part of the Philadelphia City Pass and used it extensively. The guides were consistently good, not too corny with mainly good historical info and architectural observations.

Hello, the first tour of the day leaves 5th & Market Sts at 9:30 am. If you board the first or second tour of the day, you should, barring unforeseen circumstances, have enough time. The tour takes about 90 minutes.
