Concert in Basement

What an awesome place to see a concert! Tickets are cheap, it's BYOB (no glass), small venue. Plus it's just cool to see a show in the basement of a church.

My husband and I were married here, and we had a great experience! The sanctuary is gorgeous, and we were able to have our reception right on site.

Beautiful old wood interior, a gem. Go into the chapel and see the "Priestley" windows if you like stained glass.

Important example of the eccentric Philadelphian Victorian architect Frank Furness. At this writing the 2009 trip advisor photos are of the adjacent historic Swedenborgian Church. Magnificent sanctuary space.

This is a great venue for a show. You can bring in your own beer. We saw a show in the bigger area and also one in the chapel. The chapel is weird to see a show, but very small and intimate. It's got great gothic architecture as well.
