Generally, yes. If you get the floor seats there will often be a crowd standing in front of you.

I answer my own question and say yes it’s safe. Traffic getting there sucks. There’s a parking garage around the corner which made things easy!

Convention Center is at 13th st. World Cafe is at 31st. Quite a hike. You can take SEPTA subway to 30th st and walk. Or taxi or uber.
