The tour guide was great .... absolutely nothing but compliments for him. However, the entire experience was ruined when we decided to get off on stop #23 to find the best Philly Cheesesteaks. What a mistake ... getting off the bus. Forget the idea of getting off the bus ... and back on. Unfortunately the bus company decided to forget about the stop, never picking us up on time. We waited for an hour, and only got picked up when one of us called to be picked up. This is unprofessional at best. I cannot recommend this tour service. Pick another, there are several.

This was a great option to see Philly without having a rent a car, hassle with or pay for parking. We even got stuck at one point as the pick up did not show up as scheduled. When we called the company they apologized and made arrangements to come pick us up quickly. The tour guides are very knowledgeable, have a sense of humor and answer questions. They will even provide recommendations if asked. Would highly recommend this tour, especially for first timers visiting this city with limited time. For accuracy we took this tour March of 2020 but the drop down would not allow for this date.

The main attractions in Philly are located mainly in the historical downtown area. Very easy to walk to or take a Double Decker bus tour. My husband and I also went on the Black History waling tour of Philly. Very interesting tour and a must if you are a history buff. I suggest going doing the July 4th holiday weekend because this is when history comes alive with costume characters and parades.

Don’t bother! Buses don’t show up! No one knows about these buses in the city when you ask them, we couldn’t even find a stop according to the map you have. We tried to find the signage at stop 6 according to your map where the “love” sculpture is and nothing, then we walked to stop 7 Windsor suites and we asked and they had no idea about the stop... We waited for a bus at stop 17 and it was a no show so we didn’t even get on. Absolute joke! No clear signage or even a bus schedule to follow. I’m demanding a refund and a chargeback on my credit card.
