The stores are pretty blah and there isn't much to do, but it's a good place to go when it is hot or cold outside.

Not that many stores but the rotunda on the second floor has tables and chairs with a view. Nice place to relax. Food court offers nice variety.

To be honest I only came across this place as I wanted to go to the observation deck! I got some nice photos of the city through the glass roof however!..There are a few decent shops such as Pink, it is a very small mall...More

This was our resting point while exploring the historic area of Philly. Several choices for eating. Restrooms were clean. As someone mentioned it looked like they were having serious issues with the escalator; however, the elevators worked okay. Parking fees are outragious. Recommend that you...More

This is a small shopping mall in the city center. The building in the outside is beautiful. Some of the stores (Loft, Bloomingdale's) are outlets, most are not. There is a Food Court on the 2nd level, which we didn't try. Interestingly none of the...More

Honestly I have not gone crazy shopping here. But it is a very convenient, centrally located (get out of the hot sun/out of cold) type place seasonally with nice smoothies and a wonderful sand sculpture downstairs in the lobby. Nice atmosphere. I would definitely return...More

So today I wanted to visit 9 West and Loft. 9 West is going out of business. Loft is now a Loft Outlet. When I asked what happened to the former Loft store, the rude staff told me a full price store was on another...More

Essentially a shopping mall right in the middle of Philadelphia. Nice stores, but I would prefer stores on the City streets, not in a mall. I would only come here if you're looking for a specific shop, if not, stick to the stores on Walnut...More

Some decent shopping and a reasonably good food court with a wide variety of choices: But there is better shopping and far better food nearby. Crowded with the eat and run business lunh crowd. We have found nothing that calls to us here.
