We loved our walking tour! Our guide Melissa was fantastic-- I think she knew so much that she could have done 10 of the same tour without repeating herself once. She was great at answering questions and as we walked she threw out lots of trivia. I teach American Constitutional Law and I learned a LOT! Highly recommend this company and Melissa especially.

What an interesting walk! The tour gives you a look into the underside of Philadelphia history. For example, many people know Carpenter's Hall was where the First Continental Congress met, but did you know that it was also the site of America's first bank robbery in 1798, and that one of the robbers died a painful death from Yellow Fever within its walls and is said to haunt the building to this day? From the spirits of homesick Hessians forever trapped in the cemetery they desecrated to victims of the Yellow Fever Epidemic of 1793 this tales told on this nightly tour will send shivers up your spine!

It was so much fun! It was a really cool way to experience the historic part of the city. A fun/spooky take on all of the sorts of things you learned about in history class. Our guide, Viv, was really knowledgeable and had great energy. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.
