This tour is a good way to learn about the neighborhood and markets. You can taste foods from some of the shops and meet the owners and you even get a shopping discount. Our guide, Nina, was great. She really knew the area and made the stories and facts she told us so interesting. This is a good tour for... More

Started on the History in HD tour with Kenny. He had a ton of information about each stop and was very passionate about a couple of the stops. It was a well planned walking tour, we made an unplanned tour through the Liberty Bell because there was a very short line. Kenny mentioned he had a beer tour after the... More

My tour guide was Nina and she did an excellent job educating us as well as entertaining us through the walking tour. She is well connected and knows her place very well. I do wish we had more photo-taking opportunities though.

My family and I really enjoyed our tour of Philadelphia with Trevor. Trevor introduced us to many of the sights in Philly that we wouldn't have otherwise seen, and his story and history telling was top-notch. We were his only customers in the afternoon we took the tour, and never felt rushed, though our tour went over two hours. Wrapped... More

We wanted to tour Philadelphia, but not from a bus. I saw a walking tour listed on Tripadvisor that looked interesting, and it was. It was a little like a backstage pass to a city. We saw the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall, but got an inside look at Christ Church, which had the original prayer book out for the... More

Nina our tour guide was very welcoming and certainly knows Philadelphia's history. Our walking tour was two hours' duration and in that time we were given her undivided attention. We were very fortunate to be the only couple on her tour, visiting old areas of the city which we would never have found on our own. feeling as though we... More

Kenny was an outstanding tour guide!!!! The best I have had on a Philadelphia tour. Living in Philadelphia I have taken the Italian Market Immersion tour previously with out-of-town guests. I was a bit skeptical of taking it again because my previous experience was not positive. Nina was pleasant but scattered and did not appear to fully understand nor communicate... More

Thank you so much for your feedback and we're thrilled to read that you had a fantastic experience with Kenny on the Italian Market Immersion tour! While we also appreciate your feedback about your previous experience with us involving a different guide, we have to respectfully disagree with the conclusion you've reached about her ability and performance as a tour... Chuck was able to make the tour interesting but yet laid back at the time same. I felt like we were able to see it all and he clearly had a passion and love for his city. I was also surprised how nice the shop owners were. I loved how everyone had great pride in their business and was willing... More

My husband and 14 year old daughter and I had a great time on this tour. Chuck was our tour guide and was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our group's interests. We learned about the history of the city and South Philly and got an inside look at the Italian market stores and sampled some tasty food. I would definitely... More
