This is really a great place to hang out in the evening. You can find something for everyone. Food, beer, ice-cream, hemlocks, boat rentals and more. We spent here more than 2 hours with 2 little kids and we had to drag them back home.

I just recently saw a concert at Penns Landing Festival Pier and it was a great place to see a concert. You can get very close to the entertainers. I would suggest Flip flops because a majority of the venue is sand. Be prepared for extremely long beer lines and expect to pay $11.50 for a 24oz can.

There is a nice place to go walking around here...looks like a stage too. There is a rink that is a skate rink in the summer and an ice rink in the winter. Nice to check out.

We went here on a Tuesday in late June and the place was almost entirely empty of people. Everything we could see was shut so we just had a short walk, admired the busy and noisy roads and moved on. All very disappointing and an opportunity missed.

A lot of cities have developed waterside places to eat, drink and hang out. Give the location of Penn's Landing being nestled between the industrial Delaware river and I-95 I expected it to be less than appealing. I was surprised to find pleasant walking paths, small waterside bars, a convenient ferry to Camden (which is a GREAT way to head... More

As a young boy my dad always took me to the Navy Yard on Arm Forces Day and I loved climbing around the ships. So for this Fathers day I told my 26 and 31 year old sons I wanted to do the ships at Penn's Landing. We spent almost 2 hours on the Oylimpia on of the ship in... More

We stayed in a condo close by & walked in the park early (it's a popular place for homeless to sleep) and in the evening. The memorials are sobering to consider what people went through to come here & help each other. Closer to the river is a boardwalk, band shell, mini golf & roller skating rink. We thought the... Came with friends for a concert. Area was smaller than expected but event was nice. Good shows. Loved Roots, Usher and more. Would definitely come back. Drinks were overpriced though and long lines for food. Wish they had more seating for event.

We walked along the Delaware here and it was a nice place to do that. We also took the Riverlink ferry across to the NJ side. The kids enjoyed the ferry.
