Dark Philly Adult Night Tour

313 reviews
Leave the kids at home, because this night tour of Philly is strictly R-rated. Be led along the darker streets of the city, hearing stories of hauntings, executions, vampires, and other chilling tales. See the city's beautiful historic buildings lit up at night, and find out facts about them that you won't hear on standard daytime tours.

Phlash makes a loop from Old City up and around the museum parkway (see discoverable.com) with transfers to the zoo and Please Touch Museum. Seniors and preschoolers free. Buy all day $5 pass online or have 2 dollar bills in your pocket for a single ride (Pay on bus. Exact change needed. Just hop on if you are a senior— driver may ask for ID.) Supposed to arrive at their stops every fifteen minutes. Often yes; occasionally no. (Ended up grabbing a Lyft one day after we stood at stop for 45 minutes, but usually the buses are on time.) Look for their distinctive purple symbol on lamp posts and on their buses. Check website for reduced parking fees but be aware—you need a PAPER copy of your pass at the garage.

For $5 a day we were able to visit all the sites we wished to see thanks to the Phlash loop. As we only had 2 days in Philly, this cheap form of travel was perfect for us.

Very affordable service perfect for anybody who wishes to explore Philadelphia without challenges of driving and even more difficult and costly parking. You can buy tickets for just $2 per ride, $5 for a One-Day Pass. The vehicles accommodate handicapped patrons. The loop assures access to main attractions of Philly.

This is a really great way to get around the city sights for $5 all day. We rode the entire look to get our bearing of where everything is, then hoped on/off all day. Only down fall is buses come about every 15 min, but there is no schedule of about what times for the stop. We waited over 20 min at a stop. Sure it was due to traffic, it would just be nice to have a schedule because we would walk to the next stop rather then waiting had we known. Over all I'd highly recommend it, drivers are very friendly and helpful
