In theory, the Philly PHLASH is a great idea. For a very reasonable price you can get unlimited transportation to many of the sights in Philadelphia. My wife and I used it to visit the Zoo and planned to also take it to the area where the historic sights such as the Liberty Bell are located. Unfortunately, things did not... More

Cheap, regular service from Penn's Landing through historic Philadelphia. Lots of stops right outside the city's main tourist attractions make this bus service a great way to get around the city without having to drive and worry about parking.

We hosted an exchange student from Italy and wanted to take her site seeing in Philadelphia on Saturday 11/19. We've used many hop on and off bus systems in several other cities, and the Phlash was by far the worst experience. We only saw 2 buses the entire day and only rode the bus one time. Waited at 2 different... More

Excellent for when you need to get from one end to another. They offer many stops at great locations. You can pay for the ticket on the bus so you don't have to print at home. Happy they have this service! Thank you!

You can't beat $5 unlimited daily pass to get around. Has plenty of stops to all the city attractions, easy way to plan an itinerary to see the city. The only thing you may run out of is time. They have scheduled route times that start early and end about 6 p.m. So it's important to see what the last... More

I am so glad that I found out about the Philly Phlash prior to our visit this past weekend. It is quite a bargain, and seniors ride for free. The buses run every fifteen minutes and we found them to be very punctual. They also offer reduced rates at several parking garages along the route, whichnis an added bonus.

Be sure to check the times and dates it runs because that changes throughout the year. Discovered this after going to Philly many times. You can see almost everything you'd want to in the city in one big continuous loop. It does not go to University City or north to Eastern State Penitentiary. Clean and safe. Great for families.

Found about the Philly phlash whilst researching Philadelphia , prior to our visit. The bus is $2 for a single ride or $5 for an all day pass, children and seniors travel for free. The transport stops at all places of interest and historical sites and runs every 15 minutes between 10am & 6pm. For us this was the best... More

We just returned to our hotel room after a long chilly November evening walk back to our hotel with 3 young children from one of the "phillyphlash stops". We purchased the daily pass and thought it would be great for our family to be able to hope on and off to see some sites. Unfortunately we were only able to... More
