Was passing through PHL and had time to catch up on emails, but it was next to impossible to get on the wireless. I had to basically shut down three times and finally the network connected. After that it worked as well as expected, but should not have been this difficult to…

Another Problem: Wait Time

I stopped using one nearby Valet Service for Pacifico. I used Pacifico twice this year. Both Times the Wait time to be driven or picked up was unacceptable. Today is was 25 min's to be picked up. The driver said he was given the wrong information.. When I called I clearly told…

Really quick for such a busy airport

when i landed at Philly, i needed the internet to let family know that I've arrived safe, i logged onto Facebook and it was so quick at connecting and the quality off the video call was amazing, defiantly use it again when i'm at Philadelphia.

It's large and busy. The place is clean and constantly moving. The information staff were helpfull and all flights, in and out, were on time.
