When the Hayden Cabin and Mammoth Museum are open. please don't forget to take a good hour or so to explore this gorgeous area right outside of Mammoth and along the creek. Simply spectacular.

This is a very cute little cabin filled with history. It was really a surprise to see it tucked back off the main road. Definitely worth the stop over.
