We are so fortunate to live about 15 minutes from Josh Early candies in Bethlehem, PA. My husband is a regular there and once in a while I treat myself. There is such a variety of chocolates, barks, you name it, along with coffee mugs and little things for gifts. They also sell chocolate pieces for baking. My husband loves... More

Who needs to hit the boardwalk for candy, when it can be bought, at better prices and quality, in your own backyard?! I love that there is so much to choose from - have been here many times for holidays and gift-giving.

If you're ever in the area... a must stop! If you're not ever planning to head this way, then go on line and feast on this candy shop! Many places boast great chocolate! This one really lives up to the way chocolates should be made and taste! Yes, I am partial, but I am putting the money towards the chocolate... More

Josh Early Candies is the best by far candy store. Considering you don't really find stores like this anymore. You walk in and it reeks of chocolate, the best smell ever. The ladies are so helpful and friendly. The dark chocolate cashew patties are by far the best! They also have a nice selection of Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Sugar... More

Homemade chocolate of every kind. They have beautiful foil covered leaves for Fall that are decorative and yummy. Friendly, knowledgable staff. Wonderful gifts to use with or without candies as a gift. Very large parking lot.

Josh Early chocolate candy is a hand made, all natural and no preservative added candy. I think it is probably the best chocolate candy in Pennsylvania. I have tried many hand made chocolate candies in PA. For me, hands down, Josh Early Chocolate Candy rises above the rest. Preservatives can give chocolate candy a very waxy, off taste. This chocolate... More

Let me set the tone by first stating that we've done our part over the years to support Josh Early Candies. Today I stopped in to the Nazareth Road store to purchase a "small" amount of candy for a birthday present. I was looking for a box, since a bag just wouldn't look right as a present. I was told... Great chocolate but I almost fell over when I saw the price...getting my wife a gift was my mission so I bought some chocolate for about $20!!!! A small package....it was good but I wish I would have brought more from Switzerland! It was cheaper to fly home! LOL

There are two or three in the area. The chocolate is very good. I would say ,much better than Godiva, definately. It gets very crowded during the holidays. Definately go here for your next indulgence.
