We kayaked here. So calm and relaxing. We saw ducks, eagles, dolphins and lots of fish! The mangroves are really neat with lots of wildlife.

Interesting walk over a very well maintained boardwalk. Great lookout tower of about 4 stories that gives good view of Bay and surroundings. Some Indian history.

We saw lots of cardinals, but few other birds. Also a golden orb spider which I have not seen before in Florida. However, this is only a 10 minute walk park, unless you stop to read the history of the burial mounds which is interesting.

This is my favorite place to paddle board. It is protected and easy for beginners. Easy access to the Tampa Bay for fun exploring of islands and sand bars. Great place to put in and wash down facilities.
