Timber Creek Golf course is great fun. Tuesdays are Ladies league. Wednesdays is the men's league. Birds of all kinds fly over as you play. There is also Pickleball and Shuffleboard. I never like golf until I moved here. If you get a membership for a couple weeks or a year, you can enjoy the beauty and wonderful staff.

Great to sharpen your short game. We had fun playing 9 holes walking. It took us about 90 min. We saw an eagle land on a tree near out tee box!

Laid back par 3 course. Practice your short game here. Very walkable. Well kept grounds. Looking for a quick game of golf, then this is your place!

Financed by condo owners not well maintained. Outrageous price at $15 for 9 holes, no cart and short course. Manatee public is $17 for 18 holes with cart. Come on man.....

Love this course, Par 3 9-hole, 2 times around, ideal for occasional and lower level golfers like me, you are not going to be pushed by the players behind you here, most are out to enjoy a relaxed pace and the wildlife. Welcome is great if the regular pro is there, the lady there needs some customer service training, but once you have paid and got your cart you are on your way to a great time on this little gem.

Great course to begin or improve your game. Well kept, challenging course with difficult greens, water and sand traps. Short does not mean easy! Beautiful setting, affordable fees, friendly staff and welcoming residents. Give Timber. Reek a try, you won't forget it. Been golfing here since 2002!

I'm not gonna lie, I am a beginner golfer. I've golfed only a handful of times before, but when my husband and I were visiting family that lived at the condos here I had so much fun! The more experienced golfers in our group were saying how the course was a challenge. I wasn't intimidated by the course, since it was a par three, so I didn't feel like I was holding the group back. We didn't have any pressure to keep up with groups behind us, so we could just play at our own pace. I really enjoyed myself! I was surprised to see that there were not more people out golfing, the course was beautiful!
I highly recommend checking out this diamond in the rough! 😊

We live in the Timber Creek Condo complex and play golf almost daily. The course is short; 150 yards is the longest hole, of nine holes, but short does not mean easy. We have a lot of traffic playing here and it includes an overabundance of people who need lessons on skills and courtesy. I have played golf, coached golf and taught golf. We get some of the individuals here who have no ideas of rules, regulations and most important safety. People in foursomes often hit and walk, even to the point of the next shot, and that is one that comes from behind you! Stupid thing to do. We have people teaching each others that have no business doing so because of lack of knowledge and skill. One should not teach another individual when others are playing behind them!

The course is well taken care of, the staff are all great individuals both in the club house and on the turf. It is a great 9 hole course with no assurance of anything when considering the next shot. Often time the individuals who know the game simply bring 3 or 4 clubs to play. ie. a driver is not necessary but a wedge or 7 iron is.

There are golf carts available but it is almost a shame that individuals have to use them.
They should walk for their health benefits. It is the way that people play that benefit them not the course that people play! If you do not know what a divot is then say so.
