Don't miss this wonderful science museum with plenty of action- packed fun and learning for children and adults of all ages. They have a planetarium with several movies included in the entrance fee, and enough displays and rope climbing attractions to keep your kids entertained all day. Become a member for a reasonable fee and you can use the card... More

Seldom do we get all 5 of our grand kids ( 3mo.-11 yr.old)together at one time.. 2 live in Wales. However this year we were able to go to Boonshoft with them on a HOT summer afternoon. Yes it cost us $71 so its not free, but at the end of the day, the kids were worn out and had... More

My wife and I took our three grandkids (ages 11, 10, 8) on a Wednesday afternoon. They had a ball. They loved climbing a rope thingy to get to a slide, walk through the animal exhibit, walk through the butterfly maze and stare ay the BIG snake. It was a wonderful day that we'll all remember.

This is a okay museum - not for children over 10 (they get bored). Several aspects of the museum are not kept up and not supervised. Adults let their kids run around and look at their phones...they don't watch the kids and their is no supervision within the museum. Prices are extremely high for what you get. Take the kids... This is a small museum that's primarily for younger children. We enjoyed a couple of the planetarium shows and the small inside zoo of about 100 animals. Lots of interactive activities for young children. A little something for everyone.

My niece has 5 kids ages 7 years to 7 months. There was something there for everybody (well - except the 7 month old). The animals were one of the great attractions!

I had never been here and wanted to check it out...it gives a lot of info but it is definitely a kids place. No a whole lot of interaction with exhibits but plenty of places for them to play

We enjoy visiting Boonshoft. We love going to the tree house and visiting the animals. My son adored sorting the recycling at the trash truck and my daughter loved the imaginative play area where she could make a pizza or go to a grocery store. We enjoy the play/climbing area but I HATE that it is accessible from 2 levels.... More
