From the ticket agent to the ushers, you will be comfortable to access this theatre! I always look forward to the events held here as I am comfortable in my seat and secure that I will have quality entertainment. Look up before the show and you will see the same star constellation that was also seen by the Wright Brothers... More

My fiance purchased tickets for the broadway play The Lion King. The theater is conveniently located in downtown Dayton close to parking. The theater was fairly large, clean, and the staff were helpful. The seats were comfortable and we had an unobstructed view of the stage. Before the show started, we purchased a couple of alcoholic beverages which I felt... More

We took three little ones 7 and younger to see Lion King at the Schuster. There are no bad seats in the theater. It has a great sound system. There were no problems hearing dialogue or music. The theater is beautiful and seats were comfortable. They could use more restrooms and more elevators for the upper balconies. They don't provide... More

Recently experienced The Lion King. Even from the Loge seating the audio and sightlines were great. I've never had a bad experience yet at the Schuster. Stop in for dinner at the restaurant on the first floor before your show.

Not a bad seat in the place. Dayton is very fortunate to have a wonderful place to enjoy the arts. I've been there approximately 5 times and each time it's been a great experience. Same some time and park a few blocks away, the parking garage is a slow exit.

This is a very nice venue, with comfortable seating and even a restaurant that is open before performances.

It got awfully toasty in the upper, upper balcony. And it smelled strongly of Windex or something which was very distracting. And there wasn't enough signage or people by the stairs directing you where to go. When my daughter and I went on Sunday to see The Lion King, we weren't the only ones trying to find the right floor... More

In our sanguine view the Schuster Arts Center is one of the most pulchritudinous Gems in the Gem City. We have been cherishing Lion King aisle tickets since December, 2015. We have seen the Lion King in London, New York, Cincinnati, Dayton, and today in Dayton again, quod erat demonstrandum. We are undeterred by I-75 and 35 detours, traffic, and... More
