Smallwood offers something for everyone. It provides an educational center and farm for children. Special classes are available to initiate city kids into country lovers. For adults, a beautiful garden provides a peaceful place to enjoy local plantings and colorful bird watching. Festivals draw crowds hoping to pet the new farm babies, to see gorgeous handmade quilts, and to savor... More

I walked with my family this Spring. Absolutely beautiful. Everything was starting to bloom and birds were singing. Everyone should make Aullwood a frequent destination.

We absolutely love the Aullwood Audubon! The center is beautiful. Every time we've been they have had quilt or art displays. It's fun for kids and adults. They have live turtles, snakes and fish inside and many educational displays. The bird feeder area is great for bird watching. Tom, the naturalist is just wonderful. Truly an inspiration. We've seen the... More

This is one of my favorite places to take people in Dayton. What a treasure it is. I have taken friends there ages 5 to 89 and all have been able to enjoy the property. I have also had the opportunity to host events/retreats in their conference room. It has served as a great place for teams to get away... More

The center was closed because it was late afternoon on a Saturday, but they had a walking path in the woods which was nice and a running creek
