Had been told by a friend not to waste my time. Glad I went. Great views on the way up the mountain and then at the top. Not a pretty city to look at, but neat being able to see so far. Very short wait on tram cars.

The tram car only holds 8 at a time, so try to pick an off time. The view from the parking lot is great, but the top is even more wonderful. You can see the border crossing into Mexico and the Rio Grande. Face the other way to see New Mexico. Friendly park rangers are available to answer any questions.

Exciting and fun thing to do while visiting El Paso. Beautiful views. Bring a jacket because it gets pretty chilly and windy.

They had their hours posted on the window, and we could see employees inside working. The hours stated they would be open in two hours so we left and came back. they still weren't open so we knocked on the window to see when they would be open and they said they were closed for the rest of the year....
