We did the potion room, it was amazing, very high tech, things moved, doors opened as we solved certain tasks, it was challenging and made you think, we had to work as a team, I left the room excited and ready for another challenge. Also the room was perfectly designed and had sound effects that transported you into the story line. We would have immediately signed up for another challenging room but they were completely booked the rest of the day. Awesome experience, a day later and I'm still thinking about it.

The Mystery Mansion Escape Room is the third facility we've visited. So far we have played 4 rooms there and they are superior to the other two facilities we've been to (one in Branson, MO = 2 rooms; one in West Little Rock, AR = 1 room). The atmosphere of the Mystery Mansion makes for an exciting visit right from the start. The technology of the rooms and the quality of the clues always puts a smile on our faces. The rooms are just fun to do.
The price is reasonable and the ease of scheduling online provides instant feedback as to which rooms are available and when. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The rooms are all more difficult than average, but the "hints" have helped us keep things moving without giving away too much.
The Mystery Mansion is head and shoulders above any other escape rooms we've done or looked at. It is the standard against which we measure all other escape rooms (a tough standard to meet). We keep a constant eye out for new rooms (hoping they'll add something a little simpler) and looking forward to our next visit.
We've also been back to the Mystery Mansion twice during COVID (once for a family birthday and once for a family graduation) and they are taking appropriate measures to keep players safe.

This was my first experience with an escape room. I've always wanted to experience one and heard this was one of the "better" rooms in the state. I was in a group of 8, which is recommended for the particular room we wanted to do (Foster's Fortune). You have 1 hour to find all the clues and "escape" the room (you're not really locked in but for fun's sake you can't leave!). The room was rated a high difficulty level (so recommended at least 8 people) and they have an employee watching and listening to you the whole time. That was helpful because she would give us hints if we were stuck and didn't want to waste our time. Or if someone was really close to solving a clue but wasn't quite getting it, she'd offer just a tiny clue/push. It was a bit hectic for me and I felt useless at times, but honestly I don't really enjoy puzzles. Even with that I was still able to contribute/find/solve something now and then and we escaped with just 1 minute left! The escape room veterans of our group said this was the best one they've experienced in this state so far and I'm inclined to agree (although, again, it was my first one). Everything was well organized, clean, and exciting. I would definitely recommend you do this and with a group of people you know and book in advance so you don't get stuck with strangers. Although, I'm sure that would be fun too.

This was one of the best escape rooms we've done! Because it's December we did Santa's Naughty list. The room was packed with Christmas decor which was so festive. We were a mixed group of adults, teens and kids but even the littles got to take part in solving the puzzles. The customer service was great, the attention to detail was impressive - the names of everyone in our group were handwritten on Santa's Naughty List so it felt as if the room was made just for us. The hints from the "monitor" were helpful when we got stuck - we had to sing a carol for a clue, so fun! Mystery Mansion has many more rooms and I hope we get to explore others in the future. Will definitely be back!

SO much fun! I had never done an escape room before and wasn’t sure what to expect. The Amnesia room offered tons of good challenges with lots of surprises and kept our group on our toes the entire time. I loved getting to solve puzzles in this way! The aesthetic of the whole experience was perfectly themed and I hope to go back and visit one of their other rooms. Highly recommend!

We loved our Escape Room at Mystery Mansion Escape Rooms. We have visited several different escape room locations, and this was by far the best experience. The attention to detail in the room was superb, and the whole family enjoyed working together and solving the clues. We will absolutely be back to attempt the other rooms.

Played a room during the pandemic recently (as a family with 3 young children) and really appreciated what they did to make it safe and fun - removed soft items that can’t be properly cleaned, private groups only, no interaction with any other groups/individuals inside building except a brief intro by game master and thorough sanitization of high touch surfaces. We’ve played almost all their rooms and they’ve never disappointed. We encourage everyone to throw on a mask, grab a small group and go book a room. They’re so appreciative of the support and it’s a fun, safe way to get out and do something fun without having to worry about your health and safety.

Mystery Mansion is great! The rooms are perfectly set up. The clues are challenging enough to keep you guessing and questioning but not too difficult to where you completely time out. The game master is interactive and fun to work with.

This was a great escape room experience. We're a family of four, two adults and two teenagers, and though we ran into several stumbling blocks along the way, we did manage to solve the PotionMaster's escape room. The room is cleverly designed and all the relevant clues are provided in the room. The decorations are top-notch and the room's design is very cool! Obviously, I can't give spoilers, but I can tell you the room is full of spooky surprises. The staff was very friendly and provided enough hints to keep us moving but not so much that we felt like we were being spoon-fed. This was a really enjoyable experience, and I highly recommend it.

We went to Mystery Mansion Escape Room in Little Rock a few nights ago and all four of us had an absolute blast. The room was the right size and difficulty, and we each found something especially enjoyable. It is definitely recommended to anyone who has the time to visit.
