The Little Rock Zoo is a little zoo and could use a little updating in some areas, but it is well maintained and the habitats are clean and the animals are cared for. It is a nice place to spend a morning.

I thought the Zoo was run down looking in many areas. The restaurants were as high if not higher than Disney World !! You expect that there, but it’s ridiculous here in LR at the Zoo. They get you enough with the entrance fee

We visit the LR Zoo often and always have a great trip. The staff is so helpful and friendly. It’s always a special treat to get to visit with the animals in the barn.

Went with friends from Rhode Island. Their kids had never seen lions and tigers - not warm enough for outdoor enclosures. The zoo isn't very large, but it's something to do with kids if they haven't been to one of the huge zoos.

For the price you pay... it’s better to wait until the Zoo is open to the public for the free weekend...

No complaints. The size is adequate and the price is good. Africa Cafe had good food options for reasonable prices and adequate seating. The animals appeared to have some good spaces and be visible in positive ways. I recommend this zoo. The train ride is...More

We had a great time at this little zoo. Totally walkable for my grade school kids and lots to do. We fed the lorikeets and the show was awesome. Ms. Kaitlin was wonderful and allowed my animal loving daughter to pet the rat and penguin....More

If you have ever visited a zoo in another city and then visit LR Zoo you will be so disappointed. Animals are skinny and the grounds are a mess. Could they not cut grass. The price to get in is ridiculous for what you see....More
