The River Market District is very short. About five blocks, but lots of cool eateries and bars. Certainly worth going to.

If you want a great selection of foods and an informal environment this is a great choice. Many ethnic choice are available from Nepali, Greek, etc. The people watching can’t get any better with great diversity.

The Rivermarket grew from a seed of an idea by private investors into a really booming fun place to hang out. So many restaurants, bars and entertainment! Some of my most favorite places to eat are there. Don’t miss out!

the place was smaller than i originally anticipated. fewer merchants. fewer restaurants. unless i have been to the wrong spot, i did not think that the place warranted our time.

My husband and I stopped at the market to check out the area and to explore the market district. This is a neat area especially the indoor market that is filled with several great food vendors.
