We traveled from out of state to ride the trails and Sam went out of his way to make it a great experience. The bikes were in great shape and he took time to explain our trail options. We also had the pleasure of talking with Sam after the ride and it was clear he has a passion for customer service and his community. Also, want to thank Audrey for her assistance and taking the time to assist us even when very busy.

We rented 3 bikes from Rock Town River Outfitters. Owner Samuel and dog Grizzly (executive in charge of First Impressions) were warm, friendly, efficient, and gave good advice on riding trails. The bikes were in excellent shape! And generous! We kept the bikes for 30 min longer, at no extra charge from Samuel. Rock Town River Outfitters Rocks!

What a lovely day my family & I had on rented bikes from Rock Town River Outfitters! Owner Samuel (and doggy Grizzly!) were gracious and knowledgeable - they followed Covid safety regulations, and made sure we understood our bikes and available paths before we took off on our ride. It was smooth biking on a beautiful Arkansas day, and it looked like the the kayakers we spotted on the river were having a blast, too! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have an outdoor adventure!

We want to compliment and thank again Rock Town River Outfitters. We rented two tandem kayaks from them, and they went above and beyond, delivering and picking up kayaks in a location inside the Nature Conservancy Preserve (not their standard drop off) and got us a lift to even better location not accessible by our car. Everything was on time, friendly and fun. We got a blast, kids got a blast. Except for our teenager, but nothing can cheer her up :))) Highly recommend, would definitely do again.

Arkansas is known as the Natural State, and Rock Town River Outfitters with its kayak rentals gives you an opportunity to experience it. They have a facility in Two Rivers Park that rents kayaks and bicycles. Paddlers can go up the Little Maumelle River, which is a lazy waterway offering great views and possible glimpses of wildlife, such as turtles, great blue herons and even bobcats along the shore. Rock Town provides the kayak, life vest, paddle and waterproof box for cellphones. It's hard to believe the river is on the edge of Little Rock with its quiet water and tree-lined shores. The employees are very knowledgeable and personable. Grizz, the blue heeler, is added entertainment as he dives off the dock to retrieve paddles. He's a better retriever than many retrievers I've seen. Tip: Go as early in the morning as possible to avoid the summer heat, and bring water. Also, make a reservation.
