We got a strecth limo tranfser to our hotel from LGA when we arrived in NY and it was a great start to our Big Apple experience. Our driver Maribel made contact as soon as we landed and we got picked up straight outside the baggage claim area. Great value and loved having everything included up front (tolls and tips). Definitely recommend them., our kids loved it!

Overall the ride was great, on time, great communication with driver. Only negative I would say is wish the driver was more personable. Kids first time in NY would have been nice if he interacted, maybe told us place to eat, visit etc. seems like just wanted to get us there and that was it. Thank you.

It was such a relief to have a ride waiting at JFK, to take us to our hotel. Super nice clean and helpful. They picked us up at 3:45am to get us to our flight on time

great , fast and flexible.
very recomendable.
We booked airport transfer, ones the SUV and the stretch limo for return. It was all a great experience. very recommendable.
For the limo it would be great to have some soda, chips or a minimum of refreshment (not only water).

Booked MYC Rich Limo hto take us from JFK to the Times Square area. They were waiting with the name board and then guided us to a nearby car park. Nice large car, and the driver Arshad was great, making sure that the Aircon was at the right temperature for us. I would definitely use them again

I booked this company to take my wife and I from JFK to our hotel in Times Square. I opted for an SUV.
Froom the point of booking all communications were first class and very responsive. Our flight was delayed by an hour so I emailed them from the plane but received an answer immediately advising me not to worry and that they had already noticed and would be there for our arrival.
I received a text message from our driver as soon as we landed to advise he was waiting in arrivals for us. Once we collected our bags our driver had my name on a sign and we were greeted. He took our bags and walked us over to a huge and clean SUV which was very spacious. The journey took about 55 minutes to get to Time Square and it was a pleasant and comfortable ride.
When I am ravelling to NYC again I would definitely use this company a great service from start to finish.

A little bit behind in writing this review. We used their SUV service from LaGuardia Airport to the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan (16th St & 9th Ave) in October 2021. Couldn't be happier with their service. They arrived early, we received a text prior to the plane arriving at the gate and they were waiting exactly where they said they would be. They SUV was clean, comfortable, and the interior was well maintained. Raymond was our driver and was professional and courteous. The ride was very comfortable, no speeding or crazy driving. I was born, raised, and learned to drive in Brooklyn, I know how we can drive. Initially, I only booked from the airpot to the hotel, but after our ride into the city, I booked the return ride back to Laguardia. Very happy with our trip and would definitely use them on future trips to NYC.

Soft drinks are free and there is an option to buy wine or bubbly though you have to make sure there are no under age persons in the limo with alcohol, hope this helps we will be using them again next year
