Neighborhood: Upper East Side
Combining quiet residential neighborhoods that have easy access to Central Park with world-famous cultural institutions, the Upper East Side is one of the most livable places in the city. Along beautiful Fifth Avenue, you’ll find Museum Mile, which houses many of the nation's most famous attractions in a single stretch, like The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum. Walk a few blocks into the neighborhood, and you’ll come to Park Avenue, the poshest address in the city, lined with grand apartment buildings as far as the eye can see. Even if you can’t afford the luxury goods along Madison Avenue, it’s still a great spot to window shop an afternoon away.

It was the first time I attended a Soul Cycle Class. Personnel very attentive, everything very clean and the class was very good. I went two days!!! It will be my go to place for exercise in NY.

Went to the Tribeca location with wife while in NYC for the weekend. Amazing. Four days later, and I can still barely walk! So much fun, and I'm not even in shape - very beginner friendly. Amazing business model - shoes provided, instruction on how to operate bike. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

While visiting NYC last year, a friend mentioned that Soul Cycle was a must try. I am a Personal Trainer by career and I was intrigued by this style of spin. I signed up for my first ride online and was immediately welcome by a friendly staff upon arrival to the studio. The facility was clean and inviting. Although I was apprehensive when the studio door closed behind me and I was in the dark room awaiting the start of class, when the instructor came in, and the music began to beat...I was overtaken with positive emotion and any hesitancy disappeared. This positive, upbeat community truly makes you want to work harder, do better and BE better. I fell in love with this practice my very first class and take every opportunity I can to drop in to a studio when I am in a city that has a Soul Cycle.

Definitely one to try if you want a 45 minute workout!
Soul Cycling is an experience not to miss if your into a mix of cycling and aerobics, choreographed cycling to the beat of the music, and using light weights for part of the session...all by candlelight.
Our instructor for the day was Kendra...superb music and session...thank you.
The studio provided your locker, cycling shoes, towel for showers and all the shampoo's and body gel, so just turn up with a bit of sports kit and some water to drink!
Fee is $20 for your first visit then $34 thereafter....well worth the money.
