Unfortunately our visit was on a cloudy day. Since we purchased the tickets beforehand, we still decided to go. Going up over 100 floors to the top we were above the clouds. We saw the tops of 3 buildings , but missed the spectacular views. You could rent an IPad that would show you what you missed, but we passed... More

We were told to book our tickets in advance. We did and it was too cloudy to see anything! They would not refund money and we basically went to the top and said yeah, can't see a thing! We paid $56 to ride in an elevator.

Wonderful views. We paid for the sunset entrance, which was great. We got to see the view during daylight, then at sunset, and then in the dark--all in about 90 minutes, and each view was special. There is decent food to eat too.

We pre-booked thankfully, so didn't have to stand in line too long thankfully. Like most the attractions in NYC I found there seems to be very little thought or provision for anyone that may struggle to stand in line for any length of time. I have sciatica and a bad back and it was torture to stand for so long.... More

After visiting the 9/11 memorial museum we decided to visit the One World Trade Centre Observatory attraction. We weren't sure what we would get for the entrance fee of $37 each but we thought we would do it as we may never get the chance again. After walking through a mock underground tunnel we were directed to our lift. The... More

Been New York 3 times now, first time it was still in construction. Finally got a chance to go up. ($37) PRICEY. But so worth it. definitely the best views of New York! The window comes up after a short video show & that moment is just incredible!

The best view in New York!! I recommend buying tickets in advance on the website. From the moment you walk in it is a unique experience and if you have the tickets the waiting is short.
