I loved the vibe of this place. Full of energy and people enjoy being there. You can find lot of food places from all over the world. The best are Mexican restaurants. Highly recommend visiting this place to eat! Not that expensive; btw.

Enjoyed it. Good (slightly over priced) food. We were thee at lunch time on a Saturday and it was really busy so I would recommend trying to go during the week when hopefully there is less people. We visited after walking the High Line.

After a lovely walk on High Line, you get off between 15th and 16th street to visit this covered market. A lot to see, eat and buy. Many handcrafted products, and a variety of menus.

Maybe just went on an off day, but it was a pretty sad and lacklustre 'market'. Not many stalls and nothing exciting to buy, definitely nothing artisinal or cute. If you do go, take cash for purchases.

Many of the pics posted, and likely the reviews, are of Chelsea Market. This is not Chelsea Market ! This is Chelsea Flea Market. Very different! Outdoor market with lots of junk peddlers. Not worth a visit unless you are literally walking by.

This is a small asphalt parking lot. It costs a dollar to sqeeeze in between the posts. Hot as The hinges of Hell. Each “booth” was an 8x8 canopy. There was no way for more than 2 people in each at the same time. So, it did not invite any picking through the piles because another sweaty body was right behind you waiting for your spot. The stuff was Crap. Don’t waste the fare or time to go.

Visited here as part of a guided tour, after walking the high line. Was nice to have a wander around the little shops and eateries which are in this quirky building. Wouldn't go out of my way to visit here again but as we were in the area it was defo worth popping in. Took us around 40 minutes to do most of the little shops and grab aome freshly made doughnuts!

Before visiting, I was under the impression that this was a huge flea market with a few food vendors here and there. Not so. It is basically an (air conditioned) indoor mall comprised mainly of diverse and delicious restaurants and sandwich shops, as well as some specialty shops. The shops are a great place to pick up souvenirs that aren't cheap and cheesy. (think gourmet chocolates) The flea market part is situated in the back, and it's not really that big of an area. Maybe 30 vendors, mostly selling jewelry. Really pretty and unique handmade items. The entire market is a fantastic place! I would definitely return again and again. Bonus: It's also only one block from the High Line.

This is an awesome place to just wonder around and eat various foods as well as shopping. There's everything there from clothes to arts and wine store. Definitely a great place hidden in the heart of NYC.
