Very good. I bought two entry ticket (observer and moma) and one tour. The tour of rooftop is a beautiful experience, the ticket price is the same of the entry at counter, or in the website, but you don't have to register in every website, to buy ticket

We took part in the tour outside the island of Manhattan: Bronx, Queens and Brooklyn. We do not intend to judge the, although partly questionable, stages of the tour (the formula of which must obviously satisfy people of different cultural levels), but we want to talk about the guide, in relation to which the only joke to be censored was that of suggesting the formula mnemonic “Ida the guide”, where there are many other details so as not to forget.
In fact, Ida showed remarkable balance, both in combining kindness with the necessary rigor, and in operating in careful synchrony with the movements on the basis of a well-established knowledge of the subject and seasoned her professional performance with a captivating pinch of self-irony.
Furthermore, he is not responsible for the… New York prices!, justified in part by the fact that the group is pleasantly small.
We can only repeat what was suggested to us: a tour with explanations in Italian allows you to be more relaxed and not miss any details, and may God send her to you... Ida!

New York is an incredible and very large city, to be able to enjoy as much as possible of this metropolis and all its districts in a few days, I would certainly recommend the "My trip to New York" tours. In particular, my partner and I were very satisfied with the "Bronx, Queens and Brooklyn" tour. The guide who made our day really fun is called Andrea Careri and he accompanied us, telling us not only historical and cultural notes of the various districts, but also curiosities about the many artists, musicians and actors who were born and raised in those districts. Very often while we were on the bus, between an explanation and a question to the tour participants, Andrea played the music born in those neighborhoods in the background, it was like being in a film. Thanks to Il Mio Viaggio a New York and thanks to Andrea for this beautiful experience, we hope to be able to return soon.

I state that we are independent travelers only on this occasion we booked this tour of the Bronx/Queens/Brooklyn at least 1 month in advance because following Piero’s page we believed he did something different, I dare say a little outside the box.
But since good morning is seen from the morning the day did not start at its best.
The appointment was at 09.00 we arrived at 08.59 (we arrived from Brooklyn and we had already made 40 minutes of travel) , the Guide, a girl with a listless face tells us that on the Bus there are only 2 seats one in front of her and one at the back of the bus .. I tell her that I absolutely do not agree to do this ride sitting next to a stranger and not to my husband after spending 150.00 euros, we decide to get off and ask for a refund, the angry lady invites us to go to the agency that is only 150 meters from the meeting point without giving us directions , however we find the office with girls really very friendly and helpful and who do not stop apologizing for what had happened, however they put us back on the second bus (two nearby seats).
Of this tour, the best thing was our Guide Laura, told us what we saw from the bus ...4/5 stop x take pictures time available 5/6 minutes
1-Bronx stop x photograph a Murals ( 5 minutes), the Yankee Stadium ( 5 minutes) stop 30 minutes to visit the real Little Italy (we took a delicious sandwich, I would say the only thing of importance of this “tour”)
2- Queens stop x photograph the Unisphere (10 minutes)
3-In Brooklyn there is the largest Hasidic Jewish community, that is ultra-Orthodox Jews living outside Israel... here we saw it only from the window... why? Because it was a problem to stop for buses... we returned in the afternoon alone
Last stop Dumbo 4 info and then many greetings.
Sorry bad experience 3/4 hours (for traffic) and 150,00 euros absolutely wasted

Given the success of this tour operator, we decided to rely on them for the Bronx/Queens/Brooklyn tour. What can I say... wasted 120 dollars. Leaving aside the jokes about the north and the south, which I find unprofessional (I point out that I'm from the south), the tour literally took place on the bus, with photo spots only in the Bronx for two murals (and I can understand this given the danger local), in Queens for the Unisphere, in Dumbo in Brooklyn for the famous "once upon a time in America" commercial. When I asked why on the Williamsburg stop we couldn't stop to visit the neighborhood I was told was told that it would be difficult to park the bus. I have been lucky enough to travel and do several guided tours, but I have never found myself in a situation like this, with little knowledge from Wikipedia and above all with a tour LITERALLY ON THE BUS. I highly recommend going elsewhere, perhaps in less famous places, but certainly richer in information and more interesting where you can get around, without being seated in a coach seat most of the time.

We had perhaps too high an expectation compared to what they publish and Instagram. We spent practically 4 hours on the bus with exactly 4 stops, 3 of which lasted 5 minutes and 1 lasted 10 minutes. For the modest sum of 130.00 dollars per couple.
This tour may be good for those who are otherwise young, otherwise we do not recommend it.
If you organize yourself in advance you can easily go by metro during the day, spending 6.00 dollars each for the return trip.

If you had opted on site for tourist buses it would have been cheaper and of equal experience. From an itinerary purchased, chosen, planned so far in advance you expect the difference, the experience, the original proposal that the usual itineraries do not propose. Instead bus with sad stops of 10/20 minutes to take pictures (the stadium, the Bronx mural, Little Italy time to eat pizza and get on the bus, Jewish quarter by bus without getting off.....). No, as Italians I expect a superior cultural proposal. $75 per person unjustified. DISAPPOINTING

How lucky to have such a landmark in New York! Very convenient for us to arrive in a new city, knowing little of the language and with the desire not to miss anything that the city offers! Once we arrived at the office we said what our needs and desires were and they helped us plan our entire stay in the best possible way, truly a priceless service! We bought a pass (and they gave us all the information on how to best use it) and three guided tours... One more beautiful than the other! We started with the Tour of Bronx, Queens and Brooklyn where the guide in Italian certainly adds great value because it allowed us to understand how different the various areas of the city are. The WOW! gospel tour A wonderful surprise... don't expect the classic tourist Sister Act but a true immersion in the TRUE gospel culture of Harlem... and we concluded with the panoramic evening tour which really moved us, being in New York and having these views of the city with the colors of sunset and the lights of the night was truly the perfect end to a trip we will never forget! ❤️❤️

We booked this tour since it included the Bronx and Queens where we wouldn't have gone on our own, in retrospect I would never have booked it. The guide Ida was very rude, and I'm sorry to say it but it's like that, treating us like elementary school children, constantly silencing us because "otherwise she wouldn't concentrate". “When I finish saying what I have to say you can talk, but first you have to shut up because otherwise I won't concentrate,” his words. Obviously we were interested in the explanation given the $65 per person spent...
Apart from the various "shh" "silence" and so on, which I didn't repeat even in elementary school, I didn't find the tour itself useful, very quick stops and the Queens seen only from the bus, a stop in the unisphere which was useless to say the least.
The Bronx, a small explanation of why it was dangerous, quite obvious, a photo with the mural and a stop in Little Italy with the adjoining warning "we leave at 2.15pm, or stay here for 2.14pm otherwise I'll leave you here". Brooklyn was only useful because it gave the option to end the tour there or return to the starting point in the morning.
I wouldn't recommend it because for me it was just a waste of time, half a day spent on the bus, at this point it's better to travel on your own, definitely sooner. I'm sorry because I had high expectations, but they were not met!

I went on three of their excursions: the magic of Christmas lights in Dyker Heights, the contrasts of NY and the Harlem & Gospel neighborhood.
Dyker Heights was a unique experience, with its Christmas decorations.
The contrasts of the city « touches » the main attractions in neighborhoods other than Manhattan. The tour is well structured from the Yankee stadium, murals of the Bronx, to the Queens neighborhood. The stop in Dumbo was significant with the ritual photo remembering «Once upon a time in America».
The excursion to Harlem was also interesting with, among others, the stop at Columbia University.
The tours are well organised, departures are punctual. Personally, I always had the same guide named Laura. Always smiling and attentive to everyone's needs, she guided us along this path with competence. His ability to translate during the gospel mass on the spot is notable. This allowed us to follow and participate in a more heartfelt way in a moment of confrontation between two apparently very different cultures, but in reality similar. I absolutely recommend relying on them to be able (as far as possible) to have a global vision of the city in a short time
