This was a surprise trip for my daughter, who is an avid Harry Potter fan (and I like him too!) An added bonus - we love NYC!! This was the first time that we've been to this theater. I have been to a couple of broadway shows, but not at this theatre. It was a great experience. The theatre was well taken care of, it had fabulous photo opportunities (all relating to Harry), the seats were comfortable and plenty of leg room. As this was my first Broadway play, I didn't know what to do, and the young lady at the ticket office was EXTREMELY rude to me. She was absolutely no help, and would have ruined the whole experience, if I would have allowed her to do so (the only reason why 4 stars instead of 5). I explained that it was my first time, and she made a nasty comment. She definitely needs to find a different job or go through sensitivity training. However, the rest of the employees were very kind and helpful. A must see if a HP fan.…
