We went to Lyric Theater to see Harry Potter, that is a long two sessions play, I felt the theater very comfy, bathrooms are clean , the concession stand is expensive but, hey what is not expensive in NYC? I will go back to Lyric theater in the future when there is another play there.

This was a surprise trip for my daughter, who is an avid Harry Potter fan (and I like him too!) An added bonus - we love NYC!! This was the first time that we've been to this theater. I have been to a couple of broadway shows, but not at this theatre. It was a great experience. The theatre was well taken care of, it had fabulous photo opportunities (all relating to Harry), the seats were comfortable and plenty of leg room. During intermission, it was crowded, however the staff kept the line moving and you didn't have to wait long. We were able to get our snacks/souvenirs and use the rest room all before the show started up again. The staff were polite and made our experience extremely enjoyable and a lifetime memory! We'd love to go back to this theatre again!

This is a fabulous show for Potter fans. Superbly orchestrated. My 12 year old enjoyed both parts in one day. We had row E seats but the theatre is not that large you could almost anywhere and get a good view

We went to see The Cursed Child for my birthday. As this was my first Broadway play, it didn't disappoint. The employees were nice (except for one), the cast was fantastic, the effects were amazing. Being a larger sized person, the seats are small, but that's to be expected. The Lyric is a beautiful theater, and I would recommend the play to anyone. The one and only complaint that I have is with the employee that I had at the ticket office. As this was my first Broadway play, I didn't know what to do, and the young lady at the ticket office was EXTREMELY rude to me. She was absolutely no help, and would have ruined the whole experience, if I would have allowed her to do so (the only reason why 4 stars instead of 5). I explained that it was my first time, and she made a nasty comment. She definitely needs to find a different job or go through sensitivity training. However, the rest of the employees were very kind and helpful. A must see if a HP fan.

This theater has been transformed for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Beautifully done. Great attention to detail. Seats are a little snug but not as bad as other theaters. Easy in and out and great acoustics.
