We really enjoyed this tour, which had a lot of fun anecdotes. Due to the enthousiasm of the tour guide, we could submerge in the lifes of the great poets and writers in the Village.
One of the best ways to spend a Saturday. I loved our tour guides. They were knowledgeable and played off each other nicely. Not only did they give GV a historical context, they even recited some poem/verses from the writers they were talking about. I've...More
The Greenwich Village Literary Pub Crawl is the perfect combination of educational and fun! Each of the stops along the tour are so well researched and deeply interesting - they don't just tell you the basic facts of the NYC Village - but you're learning...More
A really fun tour. It covers some of the lesser known writers as well of some of the more famous ones and the guides were knowledgeable and engaging. Would definitely recommend it.

This is our second time as a group on this pub crawl, and both times were excellent! Very knowledgeable tour guides and great pubs. Would definitely recommend this.
My daughter had just moved to Greenwich Village, and I wanted her to learn the literary background of her new home. The Crawl was excellent, and turned us onto Chumley's, where we later had a most memorable dinner.
This tour will take you to parts of Greenwich Village you would not find on your own. Learn the history and see the famous and infamous buildings in this part of New York.
