I am sitting in Bow Tie Cinema with my wife. We paid 11.00 each, $22 for both of us to sit thru what is now 12 minutes of commercial messages. I go to the movies to watch movies not commercials. Play shorts, animation anything but...More

It is small and old, and not as comfortable as the nearby multiplexes, but then again, it is not a multiplex. They do have some nice offerings that you may not find at the syndicates.

This theatre feels like the one I grew up with. Fresh made popcorn every time and VERY decent prices. Staff is friendly. Wish they'd bring in more "off the beaten path" movies. Seat could be more comfortable but acceptable.

Since it became Bow Tie Cinemas, it has become a much better theater. They give out freebies on occasion. My wife loves it. She goes frequently. I go when there is action films. She goes to see chick flicks.

As with most movie houses these days, the theater is a multi screen affair. Unfortunately, the walls between the theaters are sooo thin, you can hear the explosions next door while trying to watch your movie.
