This is the perfect yoga class for all skill levels. Yoga Ranger Mark was a phenomenal guide during the practice, with multiple levels of adjustment provided. I felt confident in my practice and had such a pleasant afternoon despite 90 degree heat on a summer afternoon. I would highly recommend even if you're just a beginner, as the atmosphere in Central Park with a view of the city skyline makes this a must do for tourists and locals alike.

I have been doing yoga with the Yoga Trail in the past months. It is a great opportunity to doing yoga and being outdoors, great contrast to the hectic city life. Christian has a great combination of vinyasa, restorative and yin to start the day. With Mark we tried all kinds of arm balances. Can really recommend to join any class as each teacher is a bit different.

It is rare to find yoga teachers of color, and I'm glad to have Christian as a yoga teacher! He is a very compassionate and kind teacher, and each class feels different. He teaches Saturday mornings at 8 am, and the classes are always small and peaceful, which is great.

One thing to note is that Central Park has off-leash hours before 9 am, so if you're not a fan of dogs sharing the park with you, you might want to pick a 10 am class later in the day.

I would recommend this class to anyone who loves nature, being around people and of course yoga. It was overall a great experience, the weather was great, small class size and the instructor was so nice. Also, the Covid 19 spacing guidelines were respected. Vinyasa was my yoga instructor, just incase you wanted a person to book with, you should book with her. Hope you enjoy.

Loved the feeling of this yoga class. The contrast of a busy, noisy and cement city to the quiet, peaceful and beautiful park surroundings will stay with me for a very long time.

So glad I went and Christian was a fantastic instructor!

The Yoga Trail was so accommodating with my group of 19! I initially expected 20+ of my employees to join, so Silvia was about to book us with a second yoga instructor to teach our group. Unfortunately, a few employees had to drop out the morning of the event so Silvia was able to cancel the second booking and offered me a gift card to use for a later session! Christian, our yoga instructor, had a calming demeanor and followed-up with me the day after the event with key takeaways from the class. My employees loved it and each of us slept peacefully the night of. Thank you!

My only minor critique is to have The Yoga Trail provide a working phone number that I can call in case of any issues. We couldn't find the instructor at first in front of the meeting spot and I had to email the instructor in hopes they'd see it and locate us in time. All worked out in the end though!

I love this class! I attend the weekend morning class with Christian and I absolutely recommend it. Christian does a great job of offering modifications/ variations to the poses. This truly helps everyone feel included! So, you can be a seasoned yogi or working on just touching your toes, and you will still learn. I’ve learned to listen to my body and slow down. Plus, you’ll be surrounded by Mother Nature’s magic, it’s a WIN WIN all around.

I took a few group classes with Christian and a private session as well. He is a great instructor. I love how he teaches each class and creates a space for all levels. I also appreciate the focus he puts into each session that is equally focusing on the movements of yoga as well and the spiritual aspects!! Great experience every time!

Really enjoyed the class with Christian in the park! Not only was it a great class among the sounds of Central Park, but there was also a distant saxophone playing nearby. Felt beautifully New Yorky :) Christian's flow was challenging and he is obviously a dedicated and intentional student and instructor. The physical flow was enhanced by his calming and compassionate dharma nuggets which came across very authentic. Thanks so much!

I was extremely impressed with Madeline my yoga instructor because I am a little bit older student. she immediately made me feel comfortable about my abilities without pointing me out as someone that was not as experienced. It was a very nice experience.
