I do not recommend this play, its really boring and does not have anything that keep your attention, I've been in many shows in Broadway and off Broadway and this is the worst by far

I didn't really know he exact storyline before going to see this, but as I knew it was about the witches of the Wizard of Oz I was quite excited. We'd decided to see the show the night of the day we arrived - this was a bit of a mistake as we were extremely tired! I would advise going... More

I had no expectation of this as I knew little to nothing about it and I was thoroughly blown away. We were staying opposite the Gerschwin so hopped across the road on Halloween night to see this. It was marvellous from start to finish - the music, the set, the actors, the atmosphere, the theatre itself - loved it all.

this is a great show if you like musicals, singers are amazing and the whole show has a lot of energy and good vibes, the price is regular to any other good shows in broadway, for kids I would say is not the best as its not a play designed for them there are better one for kids.

Great show. I did not think I would want to watch a prequel to the wizard of oz. but the script and cast pulled it off.

I enjoyed the production but I felt like it went on and on. Be prepared to sit a while and I suggest eating a bite before you go unless you enjoy overpriced candy. There's cute souvenirs and props you can take pictures with that I enjoyed. Overall the show was excellent. The singing and costumes were phenomenal. The story line... More

I'd wanted to see wicked for a very long time so it was one of the first things I made sure I got tickets for when we decided to come to New York. It didn't disappoint. A good time and the production was beautiful. I've heard the original cast soundtrack so many times so the singing wasn't quite what I... More

We brought our 15 year old daughter to NYC to see Wicked as a surprise for her birthday. I was afraid that we wouldn't have great seats, but I called the theatre and was assured that every seat is a good seat, and it certainly was. The show was absolutely amazing, our daughter cried the whole time! It was our... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
