Fav private room spot
Apr 2019 • Friends
Off the beaten path, big rooms, BYOB (but there's a service charge). The system is easy to use which isn't true of every spot in the city. And they let you order outside food. Also have a happy hour special during week where karaoke is half price.

Massive song list, all welcome
Jul 2018 • Friends
Since Arlene’s Kitchen no longer offers karaoke, we had to look for an alternative. Massive song list, it’s actually quite a thick book! Stayed until the wee hours and made many new friends as those who chose to sing belted out many known and some obscure renditions! One of the microphones was not working, finally figured out which one and it made such a difference.

Best Karaoke Bar...Ever!
Nov 2016 • Friends
I love this place and come back every time I'm in NYC. I like it because there's no stage you just sing at your bar seat...less pressure. Of course they have private rooms too if that's your thing.

Fun Karaoke Bar!
Aug 2016 • Business
I like this place because it doesn't have a stage you just sit at the bar and sing - or you could stand up and dance around. The bartender is also the DJ and she is super efficient!

They also have private karaoke rooms if that's your thing, but I like singing with the regulars out in the open :)

Fun place to do karaoke!
Dec 2015 • Couples
I was out and about with my husband and we were looking for a place to do karaoke with friends. It was a good time. Large selection of music, no one pays attention very much so if you are terrible it doesn't matter. If you are looking for a fun time with a group this is a good place to go!

Fun for a group
Nov 2015 • Friends
We went with a group of 16.. and had such a fun night. They led us down skinny staircase to a private room for just our group to sing. With that large a group we definitely had fun. The upstairs looked good too, lots of people and lots of karaoke going on, if you only have just a couple of people with you. I would recommend a private room, especially if you are not the type to sing in public.... lots of fun to be had.

What a blast! Sing like no one is listening!
Jun 2014 • Friends
We went to Boho with another couple and another friend. What a blast! We got a room ($8/person per hour) and pushed the button on the wall every time we wanted drinks. There are 2 books of songs - by artist and by song title. I never, ever sing karaoke but I did here. Quite a step for me! We stayed for 3 hours since the fun and laughter wasn't ending. Only downside, when we paid our bill ($300), the tip was automatically added. I paid $200 of the bill and it was $47 of my portion. Way too much but the good times were worth it for one night.

Upon leaving, the main bar area has karaoke and almost everyone was singing. No cost except for drinks. I guess that's the way to go if you are already inebriated.

Ridiculously Fun
If you are drunk on the LES and you're in your 20s and you like to sing and dance, go here. Small. Not crowded. Hang in the bar when you walk in. No need for a room.
