I've visit the Kate Spade store in Troy, Mi many times and as soon as I walk in I'm greeted and treated like a valuable customer. Exact opposite of the one in NYC. I walked in the store and was completely ignored by everyone working there. I browsed around the store for a few minutes, still ignored. Finally, I found... More

If you like Kate Spade then the ladies who work here are the best. So helpful and nice. One of the bests I've been too. And I've been to many.

I recently visited the Madison Ave Kate Spade Shop and was met with friendly, attentive, extraordinary service. My husband and I were visiting Manhattan for my 60th birthday and I was delighted with the lovely displays of beautiful new collections in this light, bright, splendidly decorated, fashionable, trendy 4 story shop! The clothing, jewelry, shoes, and home decor were artfully... More

We went to the store at 789 Madison and I was quite disappointed. Clerks were a bit uppity but OK, I can handle that. I bought a watch only to get to Times Square and realize it didn't work. I called and they just told me to take it to my local store, which we don't have because we don't... More

Love this place! Always find something fun and quirky to buy for myself here. From wallets to sunglasses. Great sense of whimsy!

Was really looking forward to visiting the flagship store in New York but left disappointed. Although it was set over three floors the store was small. Not much variety of homeware, I found Macy's and Selfridges (London) sell many more Kate Spade items. Staff also seemed disinterested.

Loved the store, it's quite charming, staff was not what you would expect from a high end store. They were sort of rude and very unhelpful, disappointing..

Unfortunately this store was undergoing a make over to make it even bigger and better - but it was cute and the service was great - Love Kate Spade
