Racist store employees! Couldn’t browse the store without an employee following us around the store with one literally leaning against a table right behind us with her arms crossed just observing us. Granted my clothes/shoes were probably more expensive than her whole day salary, but okay, go ahead and be racist to the only brown skin people in the store. We could have bought items, but due to this decided not to. I even stood back as I watch my son and nephews browse to see if they were only the ones being followed and sure enough. What a shame!

Absolutely horrible experience with customer service. I placed an order that stated the furniture item would ship in 3-7 days. I specially chose MOMA due to the quick shipping and even signed up for a membership. The order didn't ship a month later so I called and the most miserable woman in the world answered the phone. She told me it wouldn't ship for 14 weeks but I could not cancel the order. She was unapologetic, snobby, rude and went so far as to hang up on me. I asked to speak to a manager and she claimed she couldn't get one on the phone. For a world renowned brand, I am absolutely shocked they would employ such individuals. The experience is the worst I've had with any online retailer in years.

We wanted to buy few items , after leaving the cash register we noticed that we do not have chocolate. But on the customer receipt it was and paid. So I returned to the lady and she immediately knew why I am returning and gave me the chocolate she was hiding next to the register. No words of apology- nothing. So I did not believed the receipt any more and checked all the items and there was one item we did not buy at all!!!For 60.00USD!!!! This time I was already angry and shocked and came back to the register again. With no world of apology she returned me the money… So be careful and check the bill as they try to steal your money there. Workstation 5162, on 5/9/24 at 5:19 PM

MoMA is a fantastic gallery with displays of all that's best in contemporary art and design. The gallery shop sells some great products, all of which reflect the ethos of the various collections.

I don't always have time to go through the museums but I ALWAYS HAVE TIME for the MOMA shops and this one was the best yet. I got into big trouble with my husband for the shopping I did (had to bring it back to Sydney) but it was worth it. Highly recommended

No estoy seguro, pero yo lo visite entrando por el museo, pero tiene una entrada individual por lo tanto, si se debe poder, el Gughenheim si se puede entrar sin pagar al bookstore
