The staff was very attentive and helpful. They were knowledgeable and assisted in finding the correct product for my wife. Everything was shipped well packed and arrived as advertised.

It's not as though we don't have Kiehl's in the UK, but to go to the original store and be looked after so well means it's a treat whenever we are in NYC. The staff here really do take good care of you.
