A whole day can be taken up just to get into the show, but it’s worth it if you’re a real fan. Be prepared for a lot of waiting though. You have to line up twice to get in. For the first line, get there earlier than the check-in time (I arrived 1 1/2 hours early, and there were already... More

We arrived at 1:30 and were 8th and 9th in line. I wouldn't leave it much past 2pm if you want to ensure getting in. The line started to grow rapidly after 2. We received tickets at 3:30 and were asked to come back at 4:30 Returned at 4:30 and stood inside the building for about 40 minutes before being... More

Very entertaining show and worth the wait. Never experienced going to a taping but Trevor was very funny. The staff was very professional. If you've never done anything like this before I would defiantly recommend, keep in mind it will monopolize half your day.

You can get "reservations" online. They do NOT guarantee seats, you have to show up and get in line early. Double check the times. They changed the time they pass out the formal seats from 2:30 to 3:30. Some of the folks didn't notice the change and got there at 1. We got there a little before 2:00 and were... More

The waiting around was a bit annoying but worth it as I really enjoyed the show. One take and done! I wish Trevor will spend more time with the audience, maybe after the show because everyone seemed pumped and then we leave. A few Q&As afterwards would have closed the evening nicely. Nonetheless I enjoyed it tremendously.

Great experience to see how the Daily Show is made. Trevor Noah engaged the audience at the pre-show as well as during setup time between other pieces. It was a great experience. The staff did a great job of loading the theater in an organized fashion. Highly recommended. All the seats are great seats.

This was my first TV show experience. Was really educational to see how it works. Trevor Noah was much more impressive in person. He does a Q&A just before the show starts. Though, its a 5hr process, from the time you turn up with your free reserved tickets at early 2ish pm, until the show finishes at early 7ish pm.... More

We decided to save money on Broadway tickets and instead queue to see the Daily Show with Trevor Noah for free. It turned out to be a fantastic decision. There is a bit of waiting around to do, you have to queue at 2:30 to get tickets, then come back at 4:30 and they organise you into the studio and... More

I had read reviews about what to expect, but I was never really sure if they were pre-Trevor Noah or not. We went on April 14, 2016 and here is how it worked. I got my tickets online at the Daily Show website on March 22nd. You have to keep an eye out for when they open up the date... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
