Used to be one of my favorite concert venues in the city ...then bought VIP tickets that had no seats and no guarantee of a view for $100.

Great venue, lady at the Will Call Window was AWESOME in her helpfulness in going the extra mile! All 3 bands showed up with their A Game on, Metal Church just kicked came out and put the hammer down, Queensrÿche simply killed it, period! If you were a fan of this band at one time in your life, do yourself... More

We had advance $60 tix. Arrived 30 minutes after the doors opened. Stood in the "with thickets" line for over an hour and moved maybe 15 feet. Still could not even see the door. Meanwhile the line to buy tickets moved more (not much but more). Finally after and hour and half and beginning to freeze, we sold our ticket... More

I went with my boyfriend and a couple friends to see a show. It was small, but beautiful inside. The lighting was awesome and they were able to keep the place cool when crowded. There was an upstairs, but you had to pay more to go up there. Overall, a good experience.

This is such a cool facility! I absolutely loved the character, the grime of it! Very trendy! Not to mention the 7:30 service for Hillsong NYC was absolutely phenomenal. Such an incredible group of people. ❤️

Saw The Bangles here last week. This is an odd 2nd floor venue, wiki says it was 3 old brownstones gutted and connected. Seems that way. Standing room only with poor sight-lines due to the standing room only situation. Other patrons were rude: one pushed her skinny derriere onto the couch by the bar where my wife and I were... More

I went to emblem3's concert here on June 27th and I loved it!! The lighting in the venue is good and there was a pretty chandelier in there.

Irving plaza is a great small venue to see a concert, easy to get to, hotels near by, and pleasant staff.... worth the weekend trip into NYC!

The best way I can think to describe this place is comfortable 'back-alley' theatre - and that's not a bad thing. However, I went for Hillsong on Sunday and left disappointed. I arrived half an hour early, having chosen this venue over Playstation Theatre for church, waited in the queue and then got in to unfavourable seats on the balcony.... More

Went to see the Kaiser Chiefs here in May 2015, venue isn't large but that's great in my opinion, we were upstairs in the VIP section and had a great view with plenty of space. Band were great, service was great, venue was great. No more to say really!

Thank Adam M
